My former HP all in one had cartridges with 2.8mls in and it cost nearly ยฃ65 once every 8 weeks for our family printing. This Epson ET-2756 printer came with 337mls of ink which costs only ยฃ36.37 to repurchase and is estimated to last for 19,200 pages. At a generous estimate of us printing 500 pages every 8 weeks (I know we don’t use that much) that means a full tank will last us nearly 4 1/2 years! I’ve heard from people who have an Epson Ecotank they use for a small business and they said a full tank lasted well over the estimated 2-3 years in the advert. So from our former HP with Cartridges that means a saving of ยฃ1859 from changing to the EcoTank which is the biggest plus for us. No more stress of finding the cartridge has run out just when I have a due date for a piece of work.
Other pros are: 1) the print resolution of 5760x1440DPI is so rare at this price and worth it for the detailed photos and beautiful presentation for work docs 2) The really cheap standby mode which…

This is a fine printer when you have overcome Epson’s anti-user software and found a decent printing program! The Windows Photos app works perfectly. Other non-Epson software has printed perfectly.
The setup is begun by following the printed instructions. OK up to the point of switching on and inserting the CD into the computer. What follows I’m sure was designed by the SAS to take out the unwary. The disc ignores everything you have done and goes into it’s own little song and dance. At the same time the postage stamp screen on the printer starts different song and dance. I had to use a magnifying glass to see what was going on. The software screen shots are in fixed window sizes and bits are hidden at the bottom, or on some obscure page.
I’ve worked in software for 40 years, I survived Windows ME, but this is by far the most anti-user procedure I’ve ever seen – a masterpiece.
A great pity when the printer in fundamentally good.
MAC owners need to get on line to set up the printer….

Have read some reviews of this product and had to run and check that they were talking about the same printer.
1. very easy to refill and set up
2. while not quite whisper quiet. there was very little noise especially for a printer that automatically prints both
sides
3, As long as you have an internet connection- easy to load drivers and firmware updates
4. Nice collection of products to help you get started for scanning to file, cloud to desktop
NICE ONE EPSON

I don’t know how many printers we’ve tried in our office, (I’d love to name each make and model because they were all useless) usually around the 200 quid price range, and we were spending 50quid a week on ink! So we decided to look at something more expensive but more affordable. Actually the reason we were looking for a printer was because the last few had packed in or were unreliable. We bought a laser printer and it had this blue line going down every page it printed! Anyway, we decided to buy the Epson EcoTank, I was sceptical it would be good quality printing, but not only does it print great quality colour images, but we’re saving 2000 a year on ink! We buy the none-branded SupplyGuy ink and it comes in large quantities, and it does us for a few months. I highly recommend this printer. It’s the best decision you’ll ever make.

This printer has many bells and whistles, probably more than you need for domestic use. That being said it prints scans and syncs very well and the ECO tanks are a very good idea. It is a pity that it does not feel more robust as the plastic construction is flimsy in places.

Only had a few days but all seems good. Purchased because it has a rear feed and would print on thick paper and it does that very nice on 300gsm matt paper.
