I have had faster and more efficient water infections. This product is misleading and complicated. Uses vast amounts of unnecessary ink and sulks when you need it most ! Iโm sooo disappointed. With us having a small business I thought it would be an invaluable piece of kit not a word that rhymes with it !!!

The printer is fragile, the printing is unusually slow at times, there’s no instructions on setting up the scanning, when the scanning option was set up it didn’t work as it wouldn’t sync with my wifi and email, the start up ink ran out after 3 uses and the ink cartridges are ridiculously expensive. And I mean crazy expensive. Probably the most expensive on the market, even with a non-Epson supplier. Put it this way, one set of 4 cartridges amounts to half the price of the printer. I was using this to replace my old Epson Stylus R300, and was bitterly disappointed. I will be asking for a refund!

Save your money. It worked to begin with but now it’s locked in inspection mode and I can’t get it out of it. There’s nothing I can see in the manual that can help…. it’s a waste of space. If I could give it zero stars I would.

ย I bought this printer because I needed a double side printer I had a printer at my home already and it just didnโt do double side and the ink was very expensive I bought this printer to print a whole homeschool curriculum and I found the ink for this printer very cheap comparing it to the printer I had before Iโve managed to print and still have ink to print again. The only bad thing I have to say is that at the moment Iโm out of yellow ink and itโs not allowing me to print at all not even in black-and-white but I think this is due to the lack of knowledge of the printer so I will be phoning up Epsom and finding out how can I fix that maybe is just a simple thing in the settings to reset or something I donโt know

The screen is very small and difficult to read, I had to use a task light to see it and the set up is fiddly and time consuming. The printer settings are arranged to discourage and frustrate the loading of generic cartridges. Nothing like as good as my old Epson and I would not buy this model again or recommend it to a friend.

Initially loved this printer, good quality and replacement ink cartridges at a good price. Since the last update none of my ink cartridges will work. I understand Epson want you to buy their inks but they are not competitive in the slightest, I can buy a while get of generic inks for the price of just a black Epson cartridge. With the amount of printing I have to do it will be more cost effective to buy a none Epson printer.
Old review – Studying for a master’s so did a little research before buying this one as the last printer was cheap but cost a fortune to replace the cartridges. Not a badly priced printer and the cartridges are one of the better cheaper ones on the market. Works great even via WiFi. I set it up connected to my main computer and once I remembered to pull the tags off the ink cartridges it worked perfectly. Great quality printing both colour and grey scale. Then I hooked the laptop up via WiFi and connected really easily, so easy I didn’t even need to borrow a…

Worse printer I’ve used, lasted all of a few hours before it couldn’t recognise its own ink cartridges and failed to except anything afterwards, thought it would be great for my business but please if youre thinking about buying a printer don’t go for Epson, they have been making them far to fragile and cheap that they don’t last and have many issues, no customer support from Epson so being sent back to amazon.
