We have had to use this as our little Marley goes to the farm daily. It does seem to work but be careful with dosing. The full amount makes our little dog ill for a couple of days so be aware of that. We have since learned to dose over a few days and not all in one go. If your pet is at the top weight of the one you choose it should be fine but if like ours at the lower end then just judge the dosing a little more carefully.

DO NOT BUY – product didn’t work, dogs continues to get ticks, we called the vet who inspected the dogs and asked to see the frontline capsule, the frontline he had contained 10x more fluid for the same animal size. I check the other sizes and compared with those held by the vet, they too were almost empty in comparison with the vet’s frontline.
Don’t waste your money on these thinking they are cheap, they are cheap for a reason – buy from a reputable outlet

Found a couple fleas on my chihuahua so bought this thinking Iโd take care of the problem, I bathed my pup first and no fleas came out in the water. Used it on September 21st ..washed everything I could in the house and sprayed carepts. He continues to have a flea here and there about every other day. So I used another treatment October 10th … now on the 13th … still finding fleas. More even- found 7 just now! Donโt believe this is an authentic flea spot on.

Bought this brand recently for my dog who had managed
to get fleas from somewhere; out in the bushes while walking maybe.
She weighs 9.5 kg and they didn’t work. I waited a few more days then gave her another dose.
I should have bought for medium dogs.
So, If your dog is near the top of weight scale go up a size which is what I will do. Got them at a ‘today’ deal which was brilliant.

This product has BURNED my dogs skin without me even realising and I feel dreadful.
I have a pug, and I would not recommend this to anyone. The company have refused to admit it is their fault, and have denied any responsibility.

never worked.. even after a week , the fleas seem to have more energy to jump around!!.. had to take her to the vet and get proper medication.. once i used ADVOCATE , my poor dog could sleep with no interruptions… i had to spend more money but, at the end it was well worth it..

3 stars for me. This did eliminate SOME fleas, as is evident from the bedding where the dogs sleep and a few dead fleas. A few days later however and my dogs are still scratching heavily, and I seen a large flea on one of my two dogs this morning. This is the second time I’ve ordered from this seller and unless I’m uninformed this SHOULD kill all the pests and protect for a month or so. In the past I’ve bought this from my vet with great success in treating the infestation but both times I have ordered here it hasn’t fully worked. Perhaps theres a logical explanation for this and I need to give it more time to kill them all, but as I completely treated my entire home with a well-known and effective spray too, these fleas should all be gone by now. It’s driving my poor wee dogs mental (and me at night when I’m trying to sleep and they keep scratching furiously). If the problem ceases over the next few days I shall recall this and put on as 4-5 stars. So far, I’m disappointed.

Bought these for my dog who has an allergy to flea saliva, after treating her we noticed a few small lumps at base of her tail. These quickly turned into open sore which our vet informed us were as a result of flea bites, we mentioned that she had been treated with frontline two weeks previously. He did not seem at all surprised and informed us that in his experience frontline seems to have lost its effectiveness we now use an alternative product.
