Firstly I would like to say the phone that I received from Amazon’s ‘renewed’ service is in pristine condition and works perfectly. The pixel 4xl is a great phone, it’s fast, reliable and has great camera quality and screen resolution, the battery isn’t the greatest ever , but most people have portable chargers these days anyway. It will take a little getting used to if you’re switching from an older pixel, but it’s worth it.

The phone is brilliant, I honestly wouldn’t be able to tell it isn’t brand new. Brilliant phone for the money, it feel extremely smooth and the camera is phenomenal. My only problem with the phone is that the battery is pretty mediocre.
However, the charger which came with the phone didn’t work, so make sure you have another on hand

I’ll update this review as things change.
I got this phone yesterday, it arrived in a plain cardboard box with no padding except a thin sheet of plastic over the phone itself. The plastic would not protect from anything except minor scratches so I feel lucky the phone was in one piece.
Aside from that, there was a boxed generic branded plug and a separate generic USB C cable in the box. The plug was white and the cable was black, basically just cheapo stuff you would see on any phone shop’s wall.
The phone itself had a bunch of fingerprints and dust on it but no visible markings I could see. The battery was pretty much dead when it arrived but that’s normal.
The phone had been reset already but it did have a few updates to do. Everything is currently working as it should be.
The only real negative is the battery seems a bit bad to how it should be. I came from a Pixel 3a which I gave to my girlfriend, that has a smaller screen and smaller battery but it actually lasts much longer than…

This does not come in original box or with original chargers. Mine came with a samsung charger which still gets the job done.
Overall the Product is a steal for this price, the device is like brand new, no marks, scratches or anything on it. Everything works perfect too.
Im glad i went back to pixel from my s20 as the software is just unbeatable for android and for the price of this renewed phone, i cant recommend it enough.
Battery life has been far better then my old s20 and it can actually run games the likes of Minecraft which my s20 could not and i believe that its because its the exynos version! I need to charge my phone up at the end of the day but never during the day.

Surprised at the amount of bloatware give it is native Google Android. Camera nothing special either.
