This product is very good for those needing/wanting protein with minimum carbs and they have a great flavour
I normally order 2-3 packs at a time, with are normally delivered in a cardboard box.
This time the three packs came in a bag, without any protective packaging. On opening, two of the tops were broken, and for one of those bottles, the seal was also broken and had leaked.
That’s my only complaint about this delivery

Flavouring is good and very filling, however the ad has a picture of the Nutritional Information and some of them are incorrect to the actual bottles itself. Says theres 27g of Protein per 330ml bottle on your ad but then has only 24g of protein per 330ml on the bottles I have here. Energy on the ad says 235 where as on this bottle says 253 per 100ml yet both the energy on both ad and this bottle I have here are correct at 835 per 330ml. Just some of this nutritional information makes no sense and think they need correcting if possible just so others dont get confused and not have false ad given.

I usually buy these when they are on sale. They taste nice and do the job as a quick pick me up for protein and a snack replacement.
But this batch I’ve bought, I had to pour 2 down the drain for being sour, like the milk has gone off.
I’m not impressed with the quality. I’m only 6 bottles in on my order of 16.

If you’re looking at buying these you probably know the score
Grenade make the best tasting protein bars and protein shakes on the market, although their supps leave a little to be desired in some cases. If you’ve tried their protein bars, this tastes exactly like you would expect. Thick, gooey delicious, almost sinful but without the awful macros associated with typical milkshakes. Think the healthy version of a Frijj shake. Now they do come at premium price and it is of course much more economical to buy a big bag of protein powder and make your own, however there is a certain convenience factor you pay extra for here.
If you’re looking for:
– Low cal high protein healthy treat that doesn’t feel healthy
– Convenient protein hit
– Something to fill that chocolate craving without risking falling off the wagon and eating 16 chocolate bars in quick succession once that first square has entered your mouth
These are for you, but certainly too pricey to be having one a day unless you hate…

Love the flavour of these, rich in flavour depending on your nutrition plan the macros etc can be good or not so but boy is the flavour and convenience of having them in my work bag great.
The various promos that Amazon have on them helps a great deal as they can be a little pricey when at a premium, still beats paying normal shop prices and they’re delivered too.

These are great. High protein, great macros. Are great as a post workout protein refuel, healthy snack or at any other time a high protein fix is required. These taste amazing, and of all the carb killa shakes I think these are the best. If you like a thick shake then these are the ones, at over 20g of protein these are sure to keep your hunger at bay too, when used between meals. I am slightly addicted to these, so nice!!! I really like Grenade products an regularly use them, but these are by far my favourite.!!!

I donโt often write reviews but I felt like I defiantly needed to review this product! This is the second product Iโve tried from grenade that Iโve really enjoyed, I tried one of their protein bars and it tasted like a Mars bar! I tried the fudge brownie flavour for the first time tonight, I actually blended it was ice and the consistency turned out like a milkshake and was really refreshing. Itโs sweet but tastes so good, definitely can taste the fudge and chocolate in it! 24g of protein and under 200 calories, you canโt complain ๐ nicely packaged and all bottles were in good condition upon arrival. I recommend this product.

I bought 3 lots of these as they were on offer. when i came to use them they had thick lump bits in, i contacted grenade themselves to see if its normal as i was told not to drink it as its gone off. The thing with lacto free milk it doesnt smell it goes into slimy lumps instead. Im not happy one bit. Itโs completely put me off this product now which it a shame cause i was enjoying them. All three lots were spoilt.
