I have a Haier fridge freezer which I am very pleased with , so was drawn to a Haier washing machine . I bought the 7kg model . It looks smart , it is easy to use and i am pleased with the results so far . It is much quieter than our old machine with no need to close the door to drown out the noise .
I was apprehensive about the fitting service as this is my first purchase of white goods from Amazon. I purchased the disposal and fitting service for ยฃ40 . I received a call thirty minutes before the delivery. When i opened my door i was greeted by two happy smiling genuine men. They checked the space for the machine , I had unconnected it , cleaned the area etc. They removed the old machine, unpacked the new machine and brought it in. They connected it , tested it . They took great care at every stage , no damage no fuss just great service. I highly recommend Go Service Solutions , very pleasant and very professional .

I decided to give it a go, was not sure although it was a good and well known brand.
I would suggest to choose the installation option in the “service options”, I did not see the one fits me, so I chose standard, but it turned out the guys who delivered would not install it for me. (A total shock!) they just unpacked and removed the simple package (it did not come in the full box but plastic wrap and some pieces of protection). one of the guy was nice, he advised me to contact Amazon customer service and buy separate service, or I could order to return then re-order.
However, having contacted Amazon Customer Service, they did not have sufficient installation services. I had looked everywhere online and in the borough, not many options as Haier is not majorly within the service scope. So I decided to call Haier customer service to see if they could guide me or perhaps they have such services.

ย Lovely to look at, but itโs quiet noisy . My goal when buying was minimal noise and energy saving. Also it vibrate am not sure why , but it really vibrates when spinning . Not entirely happy with product especially since I spent good money on it .

Bought this following good Which? review. Its functionality is to be commended, and it does a good job for a keen price, although perhaps a bit noisier than other heat pump driers. Drying time is reasonable but not mega quick – 3 hrs approx for a full load. Clothes are evenly dried and not overly creased. Filter is easy to clean. The drawer into which water gathers (and needs emptying) is a tad flimsy and will leak if allowed to overfill – be warned. It wonโt leak so long as you keep an eye on it and donโt allow it to fill to the brim.
My main concern is that the door mechanism and control panel seem to be very flimsy and, just weeks old, I worry about the durability/reliability of these bits into the long term. That said, it has a generous manufacturerโs warranty and my previous experience of Haier is that their devices do last a ling time, so perhaps I am being fussy? Have marked it down on account of these flaws, but still – subject to these irks – would recommend it as a good…

My 17 year old tumble dryer finally died on me last week so read a lot of reviews concerning new models and most came up with heat pumps as they are supposed to more economical but not if they take twice as long as the old type, which this one does. this was recommended as the best under ยฃ500.00,
Well I’m not impressed, as I said it takes twice as long as my old one{the sort you put a hose through the wall} has far too many programmes which I think is not necessary and is incredibly noisy, even more so than my old one. When I sit at my dinner table in another room, it makes it tremble, you can’t completely empty the tank, at least half a cup is left behind. I was desperate for a tumble dryer and this was available but I wouldn’t recommend this and would have sent it back if I had kept the packaging.

Washing machine gave up the ghost and we were very limited with size due to smallish gap to fit in. This was one of very few suitable for quick delivery. Took a bit of a gamble as never heard of this make before and was a bit more expensive than some other makes but needs must. Firstly has a 7kg capacity which for the overall dimensions is great. Our old one was only 5kg load. Amazingly there is so little noise when itโs working you need to look at the display to make sure itโs actually on!! It is the quietest machine we have ever had, not kidding. Apparently, thatโs due to it being beltless. Also has anti bacterial technology meaning especially suitable for baby stuff. The build quality is excellent and even I can operate it to the surprise of my wife. Looks smart too with black door on white machine. Perhaps most importantly it really washes items well and thereโs a large array of wash selections, manual easy to follow too. Really happy with it.
