Washing was delivered and installed by this company and from start to finish it was shocking. They arrived to install it and managed to scratch my new flooring quite badly and also left me with 2 leaks under the sink that were not there before. Apparently told by the fitters this is normal. After several emails to the company and Amazon, 3 months on and still not a reply from either of them. Would not recommend using this company, EVER!!!! btw washing machine is good just the awful service from Hughes Electrical!!!

The customer service is shockingly bad. The seller provides a leaflet with the product which tells you to call an 0800 number for a free, parts only guarantee. When you call the number, however, instead of registering you for the FREE guarantee they (VERY AGGRESSIVELY!) try to sell you extra insurance for the product. It took us several attempts to persuade the agent that we just want the free parts warranty. Also, their leaflet (see photo) says that you should receive an authorisation code after registering for the “free” guarantee, however, the agent does not want to provide any such code, saying that they do not provide this number anymore, but should anything happen in the future they say your home address will suffice. They do not want to confirm via email that the registration was done so as a customer you have absolutely no evidence that you have actually registered the product for the guarantee and should your product indeed break down they can always say you have not…

Machine arrived on schedule was ready to set it up and start using asap. My old WM broke and needed a swift replacement. Machine looks good, great big drum on the 9kg model. However, can’t comment on the functionality at all because machine arrived without necessary fittings. Instructions advised me to check inside of the drum for the additional feet and screws to be able to extend to required height. How disappointing to realise they have not been included! Not great customer journey at all! Trip to a shop required to purchase additional fittings that should have been included as per the attached paperwork. What is the point in offering a good competitive price of the product if then you need to spend more money on additional parts? Plus the unnecessary hassle and delaying the usage of the product. I don’t like to give it a 1 star because I haven’t been able to use it yet but for that reason I am left with no choice really.

I did have a blockage after two weeks but I changed from washing powder to capsules and had no problem since. Good washing machine
