In the questions asked is saying that it works in induction hob. THAT IS A LIE. It is not suitable for induction. DO NOT BUY the product. Waste of money.

I’ve read some fairly hysterical reviews about this product: lots of capital letters asking people not to buy it. It’s totally fine, and – indeed – the Indian sub-continent practically lives on it! So, for the record, it’s a little flimsy, a little tricky to clean and not that intuitively easy to use. But it does the job. It CAN be used on induction hobs, and halogen, and electric (and of course gas). The quantities are easy to work out if you look at the excellent book provided with the product. And for any fans of Indian food, the book is excellent! A real bonus. Bravo Hawkins! Great stuff!

Good quality sturdy pressure cooker ,good for 2-3 people .
Only thing when it came it had chemical like smell had to wash it multiple times before using it took few days for smell to go.
After that all well.
Nice packaging and arrived before time.

Does brown rice in ten minutes. Easy & straight forward to use. Should have come with a spare gasket I think. You have to scoop products put of it and it’s not the easiest to clean.

The 2tlr comes with a 6litre instruction manual. Phoned company and they have no idea the amount of food you can cook in this. Can someone please let me know how much meat, vegetable and legumes by weight in grams I can cook? I cannot use it then return it and have until 12 March to return. Thanks

Very good quality pressure cooker .I bought the contura 3lt . Made in India. Old manufacturing firm . They reliable. Very costly in the UK – ยฃ46 . In India it is ยฃ26/= including delivery. Today, Amazon has a special on same for ยฃ30/= I missed out on the special.
