Never had a Hisense before now but I have been impressed with what I’ve seen so far.
The TV is very light weight and looks great on the wall.
Picture quality is great but the 32 inch is not 1080p as it says in the description. Only the 40 inch version has 1080p. The sound quality is fairly decent too.
The feet that comes with the TV are very cheap looking plastic ones so I’m glad I don’t have to use them.
The Freeview TV does not play live TV on both ITV and Channel 4. I have a firestick so not so much of an issue.
Overall, a very good TV for a decent price.

I needed a cheap, fast and easy TV for my bedroom and this is perfect for that.
Build quality is OK, its light and mostly plastic but this made it very easy to hang on the bracket. It is a strange VESA mount (100×200 I believe) but my bracket did allow this so I was fine.
What I love about this is how responsive it is. No waiting, no lag in the menus, you just turn it on and fire up your apps.
I don’t have this connected to an aerial, everything is via the smart functionality. One thing I did notice is that the Wi-Fi wasn’t the best. It connected fine but the signal strength was much lower than on my phone. I have 500mb internet so it worked fine even with lower Wi-Fi , because of how much bandwidth I have, even 10% is enough to work well, however if you are on a slower internet you may have an issue.
I am now using this via network cables though so I don’t have to worry about the Wi-fi, but it’s something to be mindful of that I don’t think it has the greatest Wi-Fi receiver in it.

OK where do I start… I was very hopeful after reading a few positive comments.. So I decided to buy this TV.. Well I’ve had it for a week and I’ve never had so many problems with TV EVER. controller works SOMETIMES.. First I thought the apps weren’t working.. Then after trying everything I found out I had to clear the cache for the apps to work.. But after working for 3 days I had to do it again and again.. Well tonight the TV decided to switch itself on in the middle of the night!!! Woke me up and after trying to switch it off the controller wasn’t working AGAIN. So I had to unplug the TV… And decided to start the return and write this terrible review

Can’t fault these Hisense TV’s.
I was sceptical last year when I bought my daughter’s 32″ for her bedroom but was so impressed when our 60″ needed replacing in the room I converted.
Now this one is the 2020 32″ model for my son’s first bedroom TV and same great smart TV just with extra menus and options.
Can’t find better for this money!

I had spent time researching this TV and ordered simply because it implied it had a Free sat decoder, only after I received the TV and read a recent answer to a purchasers question from Hisense does it transpire that although they used to provide a Free sat decoder they no longer do so. Other answers state it HAD a free sat decoder I therefore feel I have been misled in my purchase.

Really disappointed.
The energy rating on the description is A. When it arrived it clearly states it’s actually an F. I think that falls under a trading standards issue…
There’s lots of apps that are simply not available because it’s not using Google Play like most Smart TVs. It uses its own very limited version.
The picture feels like a lot of colour is missing. I’ve played around with the settings and it’s not made much difference.
I definitely would not recommend this item.
I suppose for the money it’s ok but I could have spent 30 less for the exact same uselessness with another brand that Amazon sell.
I’m having to do extensive research on potential “side loading” to get the services I need.
The remote is laid out in a really nonsensical way.
The sound is exactly what you’d expect from the cheapest brand of TV.
Lesson learnt.

I love my TV and enjoy it a lot, for this price definitely worth it!
Though Hisense does not support at the moment Disney Plus.
Otherwise, it has a great picture quality, works smoothly, has integrated Netflix and Prime in the remote which is super comfortable. At this price it is the best I found! A great tv.
