Impressive TV for the price, OS is smooth and intuitive. Image and audio setting presets are great, especially the speech mode (was sick of watching movies and having to turn the volume up when characters are speaking and down when there’s a Michael bay style explosion. Packaging was really good despite seeing some reviews of a cracked screen. No 3.5 aux out, but a 10 pound dac converter does the trick.

The first TV arrived with a smashed screen.. went on the live chat and the gentlemen on the other end said, โno problem, your replacement will be with you in two daysโ.. impressive customer service.
As for the TV, I cannot praise it enough. Picture quality is superb, sound is excellent and it has all the latest technology and plugins.
Note: I returned the broken set using Hermes… ยฃ9.70 collected at my door. Royal Mail wanted ยฃ49.00 to deliver it if I took it to the Post Office. Nuff said.

Love this TV.
Made well & very thin & light.
The TV has extremely narrow bezels which makes the screen seem much larger.
Great sound quality & has some features that peg it above other budget brand TVs.
All in all, it’s a nice TV that’s not too expensive & the fact that I got it for over a ยฃ100 less on a deal is all good.

It has good picture and sound. Displayed HDR 4K beautifully even from a mkv file. The smart TV aspect is OK not a lot of apps to choose from but I use an Amazon Fire Stick anyway, so not that bothered. The software is modern with a lot of new features that my old Samsung did not have.
However, I found are some software deficiencies which the company can improved on:
1. When playing a mkv movie file, it will not play the subtitle unless I get it to play, this is despite the subtile has been set as default on the mkv file.
2. There is no “ECO” setting to save power.
3. Every morning around 5 am, the standby light flashes and the last watched channel reverts to channel 1, I have turned off all firmware and channel updates and still it is doing it. I have phoned Hisence support and they reckon the set is powering down after inactivity thus the reset, the set was put into standby at 1am, after 4 hours it is powering down to a deep sleep? It doesn’t do it during the day, the set was left on…

Replaced my 5 year old android tv with this, picture quality was a nice improvement though the screen is a little dim in a bright room. Was really disappointed with the smart TV features though as it uses its own proprietary operating system with lots of apps not available including Spotify / Disney+ / Redbull TV ect. Have returned and will pay a little more for a fully featured smart TV!

I wanted to leave a review so I could help others like myself.
I was after a 4K 65″ HDR Panel with decent viewing angles and great input lag/response times.
I mostly play 4K HDR movies from my laptop via HDMI, along with AAA title games (Flight Simulator 2020, Forza, Call of Duty ect).
This TV turned out to be – PERFECT!
The response times are below 20ms, making it feel much like a decent gaming monitor rather than a laggy TV.
At first I was disappointed to find the TV would only go to 4K 30HZ, however I just needed to enable enhanced HDMI in the TV settings, 4K 60HZ now working great! Even over HDMI!
The colours are super vibrant, no complaints here.
Viewing angles are superb, viewable from all angles however when you get really around to the side you’ll notice a drop off in colours.
The TV software is great, no lag, Youtube always defaults to 4K which is nice.
I’ve seen people complaining about the speaker quality, but to be honest, for a TV, they’re not bad! I have a soundbar on the way…

I bought this to replace a 55″ Samsung which, at 6 years old, was beginning to be rather tiresome (eg, “There’s a problem with the fan, will switch myself off soon to avoid damage” etc. Hey listen up guys – it doesn’t have a fan!!!)
So this Hisense, at one-sixth of the price of the Samsung, is utterly brilliant. I spent a few nights popping into the menu to jiggle brightness, contrast, and so on, and now it’s spot on. I did perceive a problem whereby the picture seemed to go darker in dark scenes, but five mins on the phone with a very helpful support desk chap called Adam provided the answer.
I’m subtracting one star because the sound is delayed a little on Bluetooth headphones and the only menu options permit you to delay it further, not advance it. Adam at the helpdesk declared that there was no solution to this. So just don’t look at their lips while watching!!!
Finally, it displays my home-made 4K movie material just perfectly via a USB stick.
A good telly!
