Firstly you can’t blame a tv for your own poor wifi, secondly you can’t criticise a product for not having apps that either didn’t exist when the set was developed and/or it doesn’t say it has them!
This is a very good set for a bedroom/study, excellent picture, reasonable sound, lots of features, easy to set up and a very competitive price

At the time of writing (a month after purchase), this is proving a growing hassle. Sets up easily, and for the price, the features and picture/sound quality are fine. However, it has been one issue after another: problem with PVR recording > problem with apps crashing, etc. Lots of to-ing and fro-ing with seller and Sharp customer service has resulted in them recommending a software reboot/update. So far it has been two weeks and no sign of the USB stick for this, and I find it incredible that a brand new TV should need this in the first place. Will the software solution solve the problems – it had better, or this gets 0 stars!

Actually the TV will be fine as long as you do not wish to connect to the internet or want to watch Netflix or other Apps. Spent the day installing and testing and trying to get it to work. Yet all other four of seven TV’s with internet work fine.

Bought for a kid’s bedroom. Arrived promptly and worked right out of the box. I was amazed how easy to set up it was – we don’t have a terrestrial TV aerial, so we just plugged it in, connected to the wifi via WPS (worked first time) found the Amazon, YouTube and Netflix apps, scanned a couple of QR codes and it set itself up.
Picture quality has deep colours and is super-sharp, but the most impressive feature is the sound – it doesn’t sound boxy like many small televisions do, instead it has strong bass and a nice presence, and a very “stereo” feel, even for a small box.
The TV is nice and slim too, and looks very sleek – no big clunky plastic bezel here.
The browser function seems a bit awkward, but I will try it with a keyboard and see if it’s easier…
Very pleased with it though, and I think it will serve us well for a few years!

Excellent delivery arrived next day. The TV arrived in original packing so no excess packing which was good. Just plugged it in connected all and tuned it so simple. Cannot fault the product or seller very efficient.

I didn’t know what to expect when ordering this set, mainly for my husband who loves the news and so we decided to install it in the bedroom. We had access to an outdoor aerial, which I think is a must, as portable aerials are ok, but not as efficient as a permanent outdoor aerial.
The set up was super quick and easy. I connected the smart TV to my Google account to access YouTube and after a little problem (would not accept my password), I did the link up via my laptop and it happened instantly. The picture is good and considering it is only 24 inches wide, the sound quality is equally as good. It is ideal for a bedroom, small room, kitchen and as a second television anywhere in the house. We don’t access Netflix so that was not needed. The only thing I wish I had thought about was an internal DVD player, but we have an external Samsung DVD player so we could connect that. Other than that, it is a lovely little television and had wings as it more or less came the next day!!…

Picture quality is good. Sound quality is all right in tv mode but needs to be bumped up in smart mode.
Has an irritating habit of asking for my tv regions when I switch it on.
Does not allow me to resume watching on UKTV play. Takes me back to the start.
Has a habit of losing stations and needing retuned on an almost daily basis but most annoying of all is the fact that it sometimes does not allow me to view a tv programme. I can see the programme information and hear what is happening but no actual picture.
I called the helpline but got told by an extremely rude lady that obviously I had a picture when I could see the information and that I should call out an engineer to my aerial. I fixed the problem by unplugging the set briefly and then starting again. This has happened on more than one occasion in the few weeks since I bought the tv.
All in all, I would not recommend this television.

Described as an LED TV but clearly not, as indicated by the manufacturer’s label. Model number can’t be found on the Sharp website. Can’t receive Disney+.
It’s a TV which appears good value for money but isn’t.
