New tv spoilt by out dated operating system. Firstly the apps like itv hub and more 4..they are installed but generic to the tv you can use catch up but not actually watch live streamed tv like you can online. The browser is also very limited. You would think well instead of using the app just use the browser and log in to itv account and watch live tv then. Again nope browser does not support flash and other to enable live stream so not a full working browser as stated
Picture quality always seems washed out no matter how you change the settings
They say 720p resolution is ok and not noticeable on smaller TVs and 1080 would be wasted. Again this all marketing lies and said because they have millions of these to sell as old stock. side by side against a 1080p tv or monitor you can clearly see the difference useing blu ray dvd or a Hd video formated file as a source
The software on this is the same exact as on the Hitachi tvs limited. I have a Samsung smart tv again bought from amazon…

When I bought mine I was annoyed because there was no manual with it and I gave a bad review. I did download a manual but it was not helpful to me. I had to get professional help to set it up and connect to my sky box as a second TV. in another room. It took me four day to find how to show the sub-titles. My ire has now lessened and it is a very good TV when you have learned all about it. Why oh why do they not supply a manual for technical amateurs?

Great tv for the money picture perfect, easy set up and here within two days with prime. Sound quality is very good

I’ve only been able to use wi-fi for all of 20 mins since I’ve had it also it’s been switching itself on and off on standby when I first switch it on

This TV is situated in our kitchen and used mainly by my wife. She is delighted with it. A very good purchase!

I was in the market for a new TV, mainly as our current box was new in 2009 and I wanted a secondary television in the house for the choice of programmes when my wife wanted to watch something else. I also wanted something light which could be transported between rooms and initially was looking at smaller sets, but for the price point I took the plunge at 32in so it would offer a slightly more cinematic experience. And given I was interested in the Smart TV element as a Prime user, I was not disappointed!
Pros:
Price Point: I looked at other brands and a lot of the other big boys were more pricey, whereas those less expensive had bad write ups. In terms of what you’re getting this feels like good value.
Picture Quality: Fantastic and as mentioned I’d not had an update TV since 09 and wow, you can really see the difference, I’ve watched a couple of concerts on it and it feels live it’s so good.

The Wireless internet connection option came up at first and then disconnected and now doesn’t come up at all. while the wifi was working, youtube videos would lose sound and it’d have very weird sound. not happy

Had this TV for just over 6 months and the screen quality is poor. The screen flashes with red lines across the whole screen. It started off with a few red lines across the screen and is now flashing red across the whole screen. I have tried to contact Amazon but no response. Would be great if someone could get back to me.
