The media could not be loaded.
ย Brought this for use with my ps5 and watching films. And omg so pleased I did.
Yeah it seems a lot of money, but for the use and pleasure it’s definitely worth the money.

This is an incredible Tv for picture and sound, set up is easy and there is a mass of info on the web to help you find the right settings for your room. I read that OLED tvโs are not that bright but I had to turn the brightness down from the standard recommendation.
The picture detail and quality are โimmersiveโ, you feel part of the action and I can see why some experts recommend getting the biggest size possible. The sound is excellent with clear dialogue and while a soundbar may help the immersive cinema experience I am happy with how it is. The pointer on the magic remote needs constant realignment with the control as it does not keep in a straight line which is annoying and time consuming.
I was concerned about burn-in but apparently the problem has been reduced. There is a screen saver and an OLED Panel Care setting that includes pixel cleaning, screen move, and adjust logo brightness. For details read โHow to manage burn-in and image retention on your OLED TVโ on Trusted…

I have owned various LED LCD TVs over the years but this is my first entry to the world of OLED thanks to the C1. OLED sets have universal praise due to their rich picture quality, deep blacks and excellent contrast ratio, owing to the fact each individual pixel is controlled by the panel. From a purely technical perspective, the C1 does not disappoint. But the UI and risk of burn-in prevent me from giving 5 stars.
DESIGN: The TV features a minimal outer bezel and the actual panel itself is thin at the upper half. The C1 looks very sleek, and the metal base supports the TV well without any fear of accidental movement.
PICTURE: Blacks are black! The excellent contrast ratio makes images pop, and colours are rich. I have compared the picture quality to my existing Sony XH90 LED LCD, and the C1 55 is superior in every way. HDR performance is fantastic, delivering bright colours and punchy highlights. You will not be disappointed with 4K content. However, the out of the box settings are…

This TV certainly offers excellent picture fidelity and surprisingly good sound quality, along with an array of cutting edge features such as four HDMI 2.1 ports. The performance of the TV and remote itself is excellent.
Unfortunately the overall user experience is well below expectations. The WebOS 6.0 interface offers next to no customisation on the home screen which operates as a billboard for LG. Furthermore it is somewhat laggy in comparision to my Nvidia Shield (android tv). The user settings app is slow to load and offers a baffling maze of settings, tech lovers might enjoy but I suspect frustrating for others.
The biggest issue I have with the user experience is the plethora of advertising methods as utilised by LG. The home screen offers a whole banner section in the middle of the screen which LG refer to as trending, which cannot be customised away. Additionally each day I turn on the television I’m greeted with system notification popups which LG use for advertising,…
