I purchased this TV as a replacement for an LG product destroyed by their service department. My subsequent treatment by that hideous company led me to Samsung. I couldnโt be more pleased. An infinitely better product and a fantastic price.
I viewed the TV at John Lewis (another hideous company who have zero respect for their customers) and purchased ยฃ90 cheaper via Amazon.

Picture is clear but the sound is awful, it sounds as though the sound is coming through a plastic cup. Contacted the company and it appears one needs to purchase an additional soundbar in order to combat this. I also think itโs made my Sky Q box noisier but the seller says these things are unrelated.

Excellent value for money. Would recommend a sound bar and we purchase the back lights as shown in picture. Set up was easy. I was a little worried 75inch was going to be too big but its perfect and our room is 16 x 12 ft

I would never normally buy this sort of product online – but the pandemic makes โshopping โ difficult ! Our tv gave up the ghost so we bit the bullet and ,as loyal Amazon customers , put our faith in them ! And weโre glad we did ! This is a great product , easy to install and programme .Excellent!
Only quibble is the remote takes a while to master โฆ.. but that may be because this was a new trick for us old dogs to learn !!

Me and my partner loved it. The delivery was great. They scheduled it in advance and were puntual. Their communication all the time is highly appreciated. Also, they opened the box to check if everything was ok. The tv and alls functionalities run perfectly. Great quality at a very good price.

If I could give 0 stars, I would:
This TV is absolute garbage, The hub has been updating for the last week so i can’t use any apps, I’ve reset the smart hub and reset the TV, the speech and sound is out of sync, I’ve bought a sound bar and freeview box to see if this sorts it, even Turning off surround sound helps a little but it doesn’t solve the problem, Apparently this TV is under a 1 year warranty and I’ve had it 2 months and the return window is now closed, WHY?
To watch this TV you basically have to sign your life away to Samsung. They want to monitor the programs you watch, they want to monitor the channels you watch, the devices you use and how long you’ve watched the programs/channels for, you have to make a samsung account so they can monitor this or no TV for you.
I am not leaving it as it is. I will be returning the TV either via Amazon or via trading standards. It is not fit for purpose and I can’t use half of the features due to the smart hub problem. This is a fault and…

I bought this TV for an 88 year old. We had seen it elsewhere and bought it from Amazon because it was cheaper. TV arrived on time. When I came to set it up I couldn’t tune in BBC, ITV etc. I restored it twice to factory settings and after nearly 3 hours trying, I gave up. I contacted the seller to explain the issues. There was no option to say in UK only Other, which was strange. I know how to set a TV up, especially as I have recently set up 8 without issue. The seller arranged to collect the TV and a technician would look at it. The TV was then returned. I was dreading it not working again. You know when you wish you hadn’t gotten involved just to say someone some money. I am pleased to say that the installation went smoothly and the UK option was available. I presume some kind of software needed to be installed for it to work in the UK. Only the smart remote came with it the first time and this was changed to the normal remote when returned.
