The description is problematic as people have said before it is misleading re: energy rating not only that but i don’t not see how to add steam to a program it seems like there’s only a steam program which is minimum 2 hours long i have asked and got a no response about this.

So I donโt know where to start with this as not only has the washing machine only been in use for 6 months maximum if that which also is lucky to do 1 load of washing daily, 2 maybe on a Sunday for cleaning all types of items. Today Iโve noticed the washing machine is faulty as when taking out clothes that was involved in the washing they were destroyed. Absolutely torn apart and I was in complete disbelief as these clothes are not cheap materials and have barely been worn so also caused great upset to see these clothes that were starting to get worn due to summer time have now been completely destroyed and would like to be compensated for the full amount of each of the 3 items that are now no longer wearable. Secondly the washing machine shouldnโt be faulty as itโs barely been used and under 6 months old. As itโs in its warranty we would like a new one sent out asap as the drum has detached and opened up a gap where the clothes have been caught on and tore apart. Please see below…

Terrible product details on the Amazon page with incorrect information. However they did deal with my complaint about this in a fair and honorable way so 5 starts for there support team however I cant give the product its self 5stars because of the incorrect information.

The washer advertised as A rating but when delivered the sticker states E. I complained once I realised after it was installed, but was fobbed off with some tale of a change of ratings.
And now, a couple of months from new, the spin has stopped working effectively. It goes around, but not quickly so doesn’t remove the water.
Don’t buy this washer.
