the washing machine broke down in 2 months i phoned hoover they wanted to sell me a plan for fixes i ordered an engineer days later they have cancelled my engineer saying i have requested it ..this is bs

There were no operating instructions with the washer, still haven’t discovered how to do a prewash. The dispensing drawer comes open when the machine goes in into fast spin. Also noisier than expected. After all that I think it’s a great machine and does a good job. It looks as though the fitters did not put on the sound supressing board.

Quiet washing machine, it’s in the utility room and can’t hear it when it’s running. Can fit a large load in and it’s easy to select which program to use, which are all pretty self explanatory.
