Out the box. Connected to WiFi network. Connected to app on phone. Worked straight away. Top quality. Would recommend.

Error Code 59.0C straight out of the box which basically means “no chance mate – hardware issue” – Very disappointed as have used HP previously with no issues (last printer was a HP4700n monster from 2013, still going strong) however i am guessing i am not the only one that has called out a hardware issue straight out of the box – An indication that HP workmanship has been poor of late, who knows. Amazon as always delivering great customer experience by dealing with the issue and refunding within hours

When first switching on the printer I was told the toner installed was incompatible. After visiting the HP support site, I discovered the printer was from the wrong region for where I live and the cartridges installed. Now I have to phone HP to try to get the printer “re-regionalised”. Hopefully this solution will work, but this is a very poor service thus far from Amazon.

Delivery was excellent and print quality is far better than the printers at work! Really crisp and true colour. But couldn’t get it to work and instructions provided are minimal. Quick trip to YouTube showed you how to download the drivers and how to set up the WiFi, which was not what I expected. Printing from mobile phone is very easy. Very good quality for the money and not too big.

Great printer, a bit big and heavier than expected. 15kg. Hope my shelf lasts. Easy to setup. Took a while to download the software from hp website. Toner already installed in printer.
Purchased as a deal of the day offer. also hp had cashback plus 3yr warranty offer

As the old family laser printer was depleting its toner cartridges, the question progressively was whether to buy an expensive new toner set and stretch the printerโs operational life by about another year. Or a new one. The old printer had a few issues. And most of all being slightly older, it didnโt work seamlessly with the wifi network. So given that Iโm now working more from home and the children are home-schooling it was time for an upgrade. I had already selected this HP printer as a potential replacement for if push came to shove; it had good reviews, wasnโt too bulky and was reasonably up to date.
I couldnโt bother too much about the specifications and features as long as it had good wifi connectivity, could make the occasional copy and could print on both sides (the latter being a material upgrade in functionality compared to the old machine). Around the same time as the old oneโs toners were faltering and while finding it increasingly hard to find replacement toners, I…
