Replaced our old multifunction machine with the Deskjet 3760 and 3 months in we are really pleased. No jamming and works with iOS and Android phones well as well as Mac and PC wifi connectivity around the home. The monthly subscription to inks is a no brainer and arrives just in time ‘if’ we run out from the monitoring of the printer from HP. Ideal for getting the kids’ homework printed on time without having to rush out and buy some ;o)

Small desktop footprint, although this is extended by pull out paper trays during use. Good print quality thus far – I’ve only printed a dozen pages including one photograph on glossy photo paper. Not the fastest printer but it’s ok, and it’s pretty quiet.
I’m starting with the free “instant Ink” package which allows up to 11 pages per month. My first pair of cartridges came a couple of days after initial setup and registration although I’m still using the low volume get-you-started cartridges that came with the printer. The cartridges are easier to fit than in my previous HP printer and print quality is fine. Beware! Eventually, HP will probably cease making the required cartridges and the printer will not recognise second-source or re-inked cartridges, so the printer will become unusable.
The printer was easy to set up and is recognised by all devices on my home WIFI network. All functions are simple and intuitive to operate (although it took me a couple of minutes to figure out…

If what you want is a small tidy printer to sit on your minimalist desk then this is the one to go for
but if you actually want to print anything they I would avoid this printer. It may be cheap but its not worth the hassel. After 6months of ownership I have never once managed to do a print job without there being a problem. The cheif issue being that it only pretends to connect to wifi it mostly sits there “offline” until after many frustrating pressing of various combinations of buttons and turn off/turn on it sparks into life and does a mediocre print job. If you want high qaulity rinting done then be prepared to wait for an age and be underwhelmed. I also do not like the very hard sell of HP to try to get you to sign up to thier ink scheme- i may have been tempted if I could actually print ayting! but for the hard sell reason alone I will never buy another HP printer. This one is going in the bin as soon as I get the latest print job done

I don’t know what the 1-star reviewers have been doing wrong, because the set up for this printer is SO easy. I had it working within 10 minutes both from my laptop and my phone. If you just follow the very easy instructions and use their simple setup app it will all be fine. Maybe there is some specific compatibility issue causing problems for the other reviewers, but for me it was a DODDLE. Not sure if the instant ink thing makes sense yet, but at ยฃ40 for the printer I feel like I’ve got a good deal!

Also, the reason I bought it, is it’s got a GREAT small footprint. With the paper tray stowed it really is dinky.

Thought from other comments this would be a challenge to set up so perhaps I was prepared to fail. However it was easy, the most difficult aspect was putting the ink cartridges in… It took me just a few minutes to get going. Setting up wifi was as per online instruction.. Paper feeds without issue, I’ve done multiple copies within the first ten minutes of set up, but I have had my caution from HP that I’ve already used my monthly allowance.. At this moment in time I’m very happy with this printer. I have to say I did check with HP to ensure this was the best printer for my laptop.

This printer arrived very promptly and was easy to install. Ink was included with the printer so no need to buy separate cartridges before use. The printer is small and to copy pages you have to hold the page and press print. No opening the lid and laying the page down. You should be aware that printing is very slow. This is not a problem for me but if you have a large document to print off it is going to take some time. Overall I feel good value for money but only awarded four stars as the speed of printing is a little too slow.

20 years of HP printers and this has to be the worst ever, took hours to set up, I still dont have the proper driver, uses loads of space to install all the hp apps, I tried to avoid but it then wouldnt print at all, now its the slowest printer ever and goes even slower when it feels like it for no apparent reason, and its already swallowed two ink cartridges. Poor quality and very expensive. Goodbye HP.
