I wasn’t sure which printer to buy but I knew HP had a great reputation. I wasn’t disappointed with this Neverstop Printer. It’s super quick and integrated with my Work’s Windows 10 IT so easily. Love the App and prints from my iPhone and iPad works a treat. Looks like the toner is cheap too so it’s perfect if you want a black and white laser printer. Scans are also good via App on iPhone and they are easily saved.

Early days, but so far very pleased with this printer. Low cost for toner, works very well as an Apple AirPrint device and the iPhone app seems to work well for using the scanner and emailing the resulting document.

The £60 cash back from HP and extended warranty at the time of purchase (August 2020) make it even more attractive

There is nothing to dislike. This printer virtually installed its self on the wireless network and via its usb cable. Two ways to connect… fast printing and excellent quality print. Well packaged and very fast delivery via Amazon Prime, next day. All leads supplied. There was even a nice ‘thank you’ card from the seller. Very, very happy. Merry Christmas Amazon.

A good little printer for the price. Very fast and good quality print. A little quirky to set up the wireless connection, but I did get it after a while, you only need to set it up once so not really a problem.

If you need a low priced black and white laser printer, I would recommend it.

100% yes. Works like a dream. I do not recommend waisting your time downloading the full driver-software package from Microsoft ! Nothing but issues with wireless setup. I just clicked add new printer from control panel and hey presto windows 10 found it and installed the drivers for me.

I was first of all very relieved that this was no overpowering colossus of a ‘hulk of plastic’ for a printer and if you are looking for compact and minimum intrusion into your space, this is the printer for you.

The printer is perfectly compact and takes up very little space, all massive bonuses as this will be living on my kitchen counter.
I didn’t buy the printer for its ‘green’ credentials, but now I have it set up, and I have tested the print performance, I’m glad on the eco side, it’s not letting itself down.
The App was very easy to set up and I started printing wirelessly with no problem.

I have to mention the ease of printing wirelessly with the app set up.

I have no home broadband and I hotspot using my android work phone as my ‘WiFi network’ and I have the app downloaded on my personal iPhone and it couldn’t be simpler.

As a review for the print performance, it is good, but I didn’t expect anything less for the price so this was not my particular concern with choosing this…

I bought this printer to replace a Samsung one, and I really wish I hadn’t bothered’; it is by some distance the worst printer I have ever used. When it prints, it’s good. However, the problem is that the majority of tht time, it doesn’t print. I

t regularly goes offline for no reason, typically once or twice per day. Despite trying to use the troubleshooter, uninstalling and reinstalling, etc, the only way I have found to get it working again when it goes offline for no apparent reason is to literally turn the printer off, restart my laptop, wait 60 seconds or so, then restart both laptop and printer again. This is happening on both my laptop and our desktop.

When it isn’t going offline, it regularly reports that there is no paper loaded, even though there is. The troubleshooter advises you to ensure that you are using the correct quality paper, that the paper isn’t bent or torn, etc, and suggests turning on and off, and so on. However, none of these work. If you leave the printer…

I am using this with a Mac. One of the most important considerations for me was whether I could use it without installing 2.5GB of “mystery meat” HP software. While they certainly don’t give you any useful information in this respect, it will work if you connect to it over Ethernet first. Try connecting a cable between the printer and your router. Then go to System Preferences | Printers & Scanners, select “HP Neverstop Laser 100x from the side bar, click on “Options and Supplies”, then click on “Show Printer Web Page…”. The web page you then see is on the printer, and you can set up a WiFi connection and other details there.
