I am not massively into technology. I bought the tablet for my 8 year old for online school resources during lockdown and games. He has linited experience with technology too and found it easy to use.

Bought as present and loves it.

If you’re going to purchase this, make sure it has sufficient memory and storage as despite the additional memory card option, you can’t save apps, only data. At 16gb, this gets used up very quickly and slows down an otherwise good tablet. Returned.

Another great quality piece of gear from the “banned” Huawei. I’ve had Huawei phones for the past 8 years. Every time I needed a new phone I always picked Huawei for my first choice so when I decided that I wanted a tablet they were the first place I looked. I looked at a couple of their tablets and finally decided on this one as it was 4G ready and also compatible with my Huawei phone. No messing around with setting it uo either, everything transfered from the Google account on the cloud and it was all ready to go. Only thing is the screen is very sensitive but i’m sure there is a setting for that in the menu. All in all it’s a great tablet .

A lot to like and very little to dislike.

I wanted to write less of a review (The tablet is great btw) and more of a confirmation of the tablets ability to use any sim card on any network, something I had anxiety about since some people answered the questions falsely. It is also 32 GB and not 16, another false hood in the answers.
As for the tablets, it’s great for the price, I bought it for my Dad for Christmas but giving it to him early (lockdown depression) and spent the day set it up (lockdown boredom) and it’s exactly what i needed it to be, it rarely falters on the aspects that i was looking for apart from a few small and easily overlooked things, it takes quite a long time to charge, the android version and it’s settings doesn’t have an easy mode for older people nor does it have adaptive brightness and it’s not USB-C so there could be problems with the port in the future. Regardless, for the price it’s far more that I was expecting and better than the Samsung A series tablets that I was looking at before the…
