the cpu listed in the graphics and listing doesnt actually exist. the actual cpu is a CELERON n3350 not a quad core atom. its a dual core cpu. i plan on returning this laptop because of the lies, however afte using it for a day or two if youre still interested in buying it despite what i said i would say it is very useable for certain tasks. internet browsing can be a little slow it can play 4k youtube just about anyway, the screen is oddly warm tinted which i fixed with the intel graphics program. it can play VERY light games such as old source engine games like left 4 dead or half life 2 anything above those the dual core cpu has a lot of trouble. also, it seems to have some kind of power limit or thermal limit, sometimes when watching youtube teh laptop will just freeze because it lowered the cpu frequency very low for a few seconds then it goes back up. The keyboard actually feels amazing too type on, and despite the case being plastic and not metal it still looks like metal…

I am sure the laptop is ideal for today`s technology. However, at 84years old, I found it difficult to use.
On opening the box and reading instructions I did attempt to try it so re-parcelled it to be collected.
I will keep my present laptop of 6 years old.
Hermes did not collect it yesterday as promised but maybe due to Covid it will be collected in the next few days.

This is an absolute waste of money. Worked ok for the first few months and now has become incredibly slow. Doesnโt connect to the internet when all other devices do. It is a useless piece of plastic. Donโt buy it! Itโs absolute rubbish. Better to pay out more for a well known make rather than be stuck with a costly piece of trash like me.

The computer was so slow it was something out of the dark ages the mouse was laggy and didnโt keep up. Couldnโt view you tube videos properly and kept throwing you out of roblox the children werenโt happy the computer was returned refund pending

Great laptop for the price. As good as advertised. The metallic body and black keyboard give the appearance of high end product. Great responding time and performance is adequate. I can run YouTube and Netflix on it without any problem. Compatible with all apps. Battery life is fantastic,last me for days on watching,internet browsing,looking on amazon and emails. No doubt this is a good budget laptop.

Firstly, the ‘user instructions’ are a joke. Translated from Chinese into English by a Dutchman I think…
Started the machine and went straight to the updates page. (running very slowly) There were 19 recommended updates and after 2 hours (yes 2 hours) the first update gave a ‘corrupt database’ error message. Never got as far as any of the other updates. The machine was unusable. Returned for refund.

Slow, bad wifi, crap sound and being returned after a couple of uses as keyboard stopped responding and cant even get into it. Keep scrolling!!
