Thank goodness for Amazon’s return policy… 5 stars!
First thing that happened was the laptop didn’t recognise my model of printer… (eh?)
Then the total loss of sound after a routine windows update… (eh?)
A factory reset might help? Solid NO!
I spent 8 hours of my life watching reboot after reboot after reboot after….zzzzzzzzz
Do not touch this laptop, even with someone else’s barge pole!
A very frustrating experience altogether.

I thought this would be well ‘specced’ machine for the price how wrong I was, it seemed ours had poor quality speakers with little to no volume, Teclast wanted me to prove that I had an issue by sending a recording of the fault and also to return the computer direct to them, a storage warehouse in Burnley, I had my doubts and chose not to. The battery would last a little longer than three hours nowhere near the claimed eight and the screen was extremely reflective making it difficult to see anything even in low light. Thankfully Amazon have been really good with their returns policy issuing a full refund.

It seems like every other day when I turn on the laptop it gives me ‘windows is starting up’ message screen that takes 5-10 minutes to clear. I usually spend a lot of time researching when I need to buy a laptop, but in this occasion was driven mainly by the good price for the size of screen and processor. But I regret buying it.

If you are after a good all round laptop that is fast, modern, easy to use and comes fully loaded ready to go this ticks every box. We needed a smart design, fast processor, plenty of storage ( 256 GB) for work photos and tattoo designs etc and the latest windows 10 software, word etc. I watch a lot of movies Netflix etc while I am working and this has been great. Sounds good when watching films or listening to music so don’t know why someone’s complained about it because it’s absolutely fine! . I have downloaded a ton of films already and still have 3/4 of the storage left so well happy. For the price this is mid range – With the discount on this we paid about £340 which is great. Very happy and delivered quickly without hassle. It starts fast, Internet is great no lag and it has a nice big screen with wide well spread out keyboard – it’s US just got o language settings and choose whatever keyboard…

No support for the product, it got no audio drivers once Windows 10 updated. OS reset many times and still the same. Teclast doesn’t speak or understand English! Sent them few emails asking for audio drivers, reply I got was a joke, says take it to repair shop to get fixed?! Brand new laptop, under warranty and I have to take it to a repair shop for drivers?! Teclast China emailed back saying they having a holiday and they won’t be providing any support until 8th of October and Teclast SLOVAKIA director replied saying you should’ve bought it from us, not Amazon.. so this is the level of support for these products, STAY AWAY, it’s a big scam!

I was on the hunt for a laptop with a decent sized screen and with a generous 15.6″ screen, this budget laptop did not disappoint. I mainly wanted something to write emails on and for watching videos and creating documents on WORD. It is perfect for what I was after! It is speedy, the graphics are good and the keypad works smoothly. The trackpad is also very responsive and easy to navigate with. The laptop was super easy to set up. In fact, my computer savvy 10 year old set it up for me. Very pleased with my find!

The TECLAST F15 Plus is a really impressive low cost laptop. It has pretty decent spec with an Intel N4120 processor, 8GB of RAM, 256GB of SSD storage, 1080P display and the usual WiFi and Bluetooth.
The specs are pretty decent especially at the price point and the screen is really impressive too. It’s great for streaming content, good for playing games and an excellent general use laptop.
Design is really smart, nice slimline shape to it, lovely finish colour and very classy looking maclike display. Great laptop and excellent value for money.

The Teclast F15 Plus will appeal to those who want a laptop with a premium design with a decent performance, excellent battery life and a dedicated numeric keypad.
For around £340, you get a lot of laptop for your money and the F15 particularly shines when it comes to its battery life which at 8 hours is one of the best I’ve seen on a laptop of this size.
As for performance, it was pretty much what you would expect; fairly average on single thread tasks and making up for it on multi-threaded ones thanks to its four cores.
The connectors of the laptop include 2 x USB 3.1, 1xUSB 2.0, 3.5 mm Headset Jack, 1 x RJ45 connector, 1 x Type-C, Card Reader Interface, SD Card Slot, HDMI slot, DC Jack and a Mini DP Port.
