    Brilliant, so easy to use!
if you’ve never used Chromebook before, fear nothing.
This laptop does everything that a ridiculous expensive Mac book can do.
SO SIMPLE to set up (under ONE minute!!!) it even powers on by just opening the lid.
Ten hour battery, good screen, good keyboard, built in web cam, and the entire Google Suite of apps built in.
you can even download (eg Microsoft) from the Google Store (free).
Also runs Andriod apps as well.
Complete with USB-C x2, High speed USB-3 x2, and micro sd slots, and even a kensington lock receptor.
    Fast 45w charger included.
    Good RAM and memory onboard.

I bought this for a teenager for home school work rather than windows 10 laptop because most of their school work is done through online websites now, and although a lot of work depends on Microsoft Office apps, these can also been done through the browser. This specific device has good build quality and keyboard. The 14″ screen is a good size for productive work. I will probably buy another.

It is nice and slim and arrived in good condition but the instructions were virtually non existent just a picture of the Chromebook showing how to plug it in. I still haven’t figured out how to turn on the touch screen, which was the main reason I bought it. I found out how to rotate only to find it is meaningless because the keys and the touchpad don’t follow suit.

I don’t like the fact that there is no caps lock key and instead a shortcut is needed.

I had to buy a mouse which helped a huge amount, in fact I would greatly advise it for anyone who is not an expert touchpad user. Not to be confused with touch screen which so far doesn’t work.

It is too early days yet to give a proper review but I would say it is good in parts and some may find it great while others will be greatly disappointed depending on expectations.

The screen as many have pointed out isn’t great but I have found it improves by pushing the lid back and I changed the font so there is more clarity.

This is a really nice, fairly powerful Chromebook with a good sized screen at a good price.

Our whole family uses Chromebooks, as they are so much faster, simpler and easier to use than Windows computers, I’m typing this review on mine now and once you’ve used one, you’ll never go back.

As with any new device there is a slight learning curve at the start, but there are many online tutorials to help, and as everything is stored online, if you ever lose or break (pretty hard to do as they are tough!) your Chromebook, just get a new one, log in and all your files and programs will be there immediately.

This isn’t a touchscreen. It’s super compact and lightweight, so thin I slip it into my bag! I originally bought one for my sister (she’s a student) to do her work, ended up liking it myself and bought myself one too! It’s really simple to use, the only thing is we can’t save stuff onto the “desktop” screen, so you have to go into your files to dig out any work etc, but to me, I like that, besides that the rest is the same as a laptop, for the price It’s a bargain, wouldn’t have expected so much for this price as I expect an amazing laptop to cost atleast £500 minimum but I love this chromebook, I’d recommend!

Very nicely finished chromebook, quite light in weight with decent processing power.. I bought this for my wife, who to be honest isn’t the most technology savvy person out there, but even she has got to grips with the chromebook operating system.
She’s always complained about the Windows updates she used to get and how it ‘slowed down’ what she wanted to do… so having this to deal with I wasn’t sure if she would get it.
After a couple of days on the chromebook she’s whizzing around on it like a pro… happy enough with watching programmes and browsing the Internet, so brownie points for me.
Personally I’d say it would suit someone who is like my wife who for instance isn’t into gaming and chucking graphics around the screen, it has anti glare on its screen so I think it looks a little washed out colour wise so you have to get the viewing angle just right for a good picture. It has great port connections and a really good battery life.. Ideal I guess for even a students workload……

The product states this has a IPS Panel and Touch Screen – IT HAS NEITHER!

The unit itself is good sleek and light a really good looking unit.
The display is a TN panel is average, the view in angle is none existant so its head on only.
The battery on normal use is 50% of what that star as you really need to put this screen to full brightness during the dat time.
Gaming – Hmm may have access to the play store but the games are designed for much more powerful CPUs ironically found on phones a 10th of the size of this laptop.
Productivity – Email, MS Office, Teamviewer all work fine with no issues again its the viewing angle of the screen that lets this unit down.

Verdict – Would I buy this unit.. Put it this way if you bought a diamond ring and the diamond wasn’t real would you keep it – No! So only buy this if you don’t want IPS or Touch screen.

Personally. I hate chrome OS, but I got this laptop for my Nan and she gets on well with it. The laptop is incredibly easy to use and hard to mess up and break. Chrome is the perfect operating system for elderly or students who want to do work. The battery is great and the laptop is very thin and portable.

This is however early days, but very promising at this point.
