This laptop was suiting my needs until it stopped working just 5 months after I purchased it. I have tried on several occasions to get in touch with Laptop Outlets, who have given given me a set of procedures to follow to hopefully get it working again, but to no avail. Next, they offered to send me a prepaid label so that I could return my laptop to them. Since then I feel I have been going round in circles, as no label has arrived by post. They replied to say that they had posted one, but would post another, but still no joy. I know this laptop is probably considered a budget model at below the ยฃ500 mark, but I still expected to get more than 5 months use from it! Please, Laptop Outlet, can you do something about this less than satisfactory after sales service?

I am disappointed with the clarity of the resolution of the screen . I have tried to change this but it is still not as good I hoped for. This is the first time I have set up a computer and have found it quite frustrating.

Purchased this for my wife. Initially, I was looking at a lower spec as she only uses it for surfing the net and email. However, after viewing the spec of the cheaper ones we decided to go for this one and it was a wise decision. There’s hardly any crapware on it apart from an MS Office trial so you don’t keep getting nag screens. I immediately uninstalled MS Office and then set the laptop up with my wife’s gmail account and other stuff she wanted – family photos etc I transferred from a back-up flash drive.

Iโm definitely not good with computers but I managed to add my emails and add my programs, I removed the internet security it came with and installed Mcafee very easily, had no problems so far itโs very quick and does exactly what I need it to do

The laptop’s keyboard stopped working after two days. I requested an exchange and the seller said it takes 10 working days. I asked to speed up the exchange and they failed. Although I mentioned it’s an emergency situation for me.

This laptop is exactly what i was looking for! I need it mostly for some online courses, research on Internet and use of Word. It is very fast! It opens in seconds! It is silent! The screen quality is very good!!! There is a lot of space to Store photos, video, documents etc and still the laptop doesn’t run slow! Also, for example, when I open lots of tabs on Internet and in the same time working on 2 Word files, the laptop still runs so fast.
Battery life is very good. I can work for hours without needing to charge. Very good! Good price for quality! I searched a lot before i buy it and it worths the money! I am very happy I bought this laptop!
