Screen seemed fine for a while, but it has since developed an issue. Screen works for a minute or so and then goes black. Backlight is lit but screen menu doesn’t work and there’s a high pitch squeal from the monitor. UPDATE: I’ve received a replacement one, this has a similar issue where the monitor would crash requiring the power to be disconnected

This monitor is so good. If your looking for a single monitor setup but still have the work space of two monitors. This is ideal. People saying the 25โ model is on the small side and that the height is bad. Itโs perfectly fine. Itโs maybe a little bit smaller in height than a 22โ monitor.
This monitor provides very high quality. I have played many games through it and it works perfectly. Since it being an ultrawide it really changes the feel of when playing games as you have a much larger field of view.
When not gaming, I use this monitor for University work and often use it for as long as 8 hours at a time and it doesn’t seem to cause any eye tiredness.
I have attached this monitor to a monitor mounted stand and it fitted perfectly and holds up with the VESA 100 fitting. The stand was removed easily too.
Only down side is no usb on the back of this monitor but fixed that by just buying a usb hub

Having had this monitor now for nearly a year. It still works perfectly. Honestly…

I’ll start this off by saying this monitor isn’t for everyone and it’s not really meant to be. It comes with a hdmi cable in the box so don’t buy the extra one like I did, there’s no need.
The fact its an Ultrawide monitor means that most of the general content you view online will end up with big black bars on the side. If you want a monitor mainly to watch stuff, look elsewhere. An example of this is what I showed in my picture from a livestream.
For gaming, it’s good for certain aspects. It’s response rate is pretty high at 5ms so it’s not really ideal for esports however I personally use it for league of legends and would recommend it due to the wider view you get of the actual game. It does have a response rate option on the menu which allows you to increase it but I’m not sure by how much.
For productivity this is where this monitor really shines. I’m a university law student so with this monitor it’s possible for me to have my work on half of the screen and a law or case…

Perfect screen for Mac mini. Plenty of screen real estate. I have connected to a MacBook Pro running system 10.10 and to a Mac mini running system 10.13.
Please note the system may not recognise the 2560 x 1080 resolution. For me it was necessary to install SwitchResX, after which the screen resolution works perfectly.
Settings in SwitchResX: Add a Custom Resolution with
Pixel clock: 160
Active: 2560, 1080
Front porch: 48, 7
Sync width: 32, 20
Back porch: 80, 12
Blanking: 160, 39
Total: 2720, 119
Scan rate: 58.7, 52.5
Uncheck Positive sync.
Save and restart.

Excellent display, gaming is awesome as the view distance is maximised along with watching movie content using Films & TV app on windows, is mind blowing. The panel has sharp contrast so the colours are vibrant. My main use however is for financial analysis so for me, I can fully utilize the width. If you are someone who will be using for watching YouTube, then this is not suitable as you will have side edges when watching but if you are editing videos or doing anything analytical then this will be a dream to use.
One thing to watch out for is the brightness of the display. I always have to keep it in readers mode because it burns my eyes as it is super bright even on the lowest setting.
Finally, the tilt of the screen is fixed so it is better to hang it up on a wall at a desired angle and height.
I will be ordering another one very soon.
