Wow. Great laptop. SHOCKING customer service. The earphone port didnโt work, fine. But the way Iโve been passed around for over a week between LincPlus and Amazon. Its petty and stupid. Iโm very angry as how they havenโt taken responsibility for their product and have resorted to this.
As I said itโs a great laptop, but if anything goes wrong, god help you. Their customer service is slow, unreliable and terribly trained. Maybe wait a little longer to buy as their employees obviously need to brush up.
Iโll have my refund and buy a different brand with better customer service.
Pay peanuts get monkeys. I thought I was getting a load of crap with this, but it’s FASTER than my ยฃ560 Lenovo Thinkpad (I’m not joking! it was shocking and caused so much stress)
I currently have 6 google tabs open including youtube, 4 Word documents and Spotify playing and it’s taking it all in its stride.

Just had a mixture of different strange issues with Windows that I have never seen before. Windows could not be resized. Kept asking for PIN to be entered, wouldn’t remember it. Web browser wouldn’t open. Couldn’t connect to internet. Had to return in the end.

Canโt recommend this brand enough, bought my first one over a year ago, then a second one for my husband and now this one for work. Love the white. A very happy customer. Iโve 3 decent laptops for less than the price of one. Iโve expanded one of them (very easy), but I run One Drive and Google Drives to allow me to share across devices, so most things are shared and stored in the cloud, so for my fairly basic needs, they are fine as they are. Not a gaming PC, but faster than we had and perfectly adequate. The only minor issue I have, itโs the same on all of them, the power off button is where youโd expect the delete button to be, usually Iโm using them with a monitor and keypad, but as a laptop, I still regularly power off in error. Minor issue really, but so far Iโve not gotten used to it.

only had it delieverd today , its the worst budget laptop ive evr had in my life the keys are very poor qualltly , feels cheep and . horrible to type on , it missis letters if you type to fast , feels like a toy to me . feels terrible , the screen gos black often too , I got this as I needed a laptop by today and the reviews were all great .

My review is based on the price, not on a high spec laptop.
Some reviews are unfair considering the price. Complaining about memory etc when you can see from the specs the memory isn’t great. I’ve read a review that has a list of “problems” but they got what they paid for. You can’t expect a high-performance laptop for ยฃ230, you don’t get cheaper than that.
I say that because if you are expecting a high-performance laptop you’re going to be disappointed. It’s not fast, it’s 4GB RAM. It’s not got loads of memory, again it’s only 64GB storage, so if you plan on saving a lot of files it wouldn’t be ideal for you. It does have a cheap feel to it but that’s because it is cheap. If you are looking for a cheap laptop to surf the net and to write documents then this will do.

I have used Apple computers and phones for 20 years as I was in US and I was happy with them . I then found I could not down load zoom to my MacBook Pro for a course because it is โtoo old โ although in perfect condition. I bought this computer from Amazon for 10% of price I paid for the MacBook . I find it comparable in battery , speed , it is much lighter and actually prettier . It is nothing like some of reviews I read which described it a tinny or like a childโs computer. It is fantastic in every way ! I love it and prefer the look to the Apple Mac steel casing . I actually feel foolish to have spent so much money on a MacBook Pro which becomes obsolete after a few years , when I could have bought 10 of these computers for same price !!! I do have to learn how to navigate Microsoft. This computer comes with version 10 downloaded , and a month free trial of full window arena.
For anyone considering a computer this is absolutely great ๐๐ฝ a pleasure to use and camera and mic work…

It’s a good computer, I loved it, too bad the battery life is short and the quality of the camera is very bad but even then I loved it because I never had a computer before and LincPlus was one of the best achievements for me. I can finally attend my classes and finish college. But I also did not buy only for the quality what attracted me even was the color and the fact that it does not have the brand print on the back super recommend guys is cheap, beautiful and very useful.
