Developed an issue with the mouse left and right click function after a few months, won’t hold a click, sometimes double clicks, or doesn’t register a click at all. Absoloutley infuriating to play or even work with.
Lots of people on the logitech forums with this exact problem with the G203, and it can’t be resolved by reinstalled drivers, downloading / running the logitech gaming suite, reinstall of windows, changing the ports, or a firmware wipe.
My G203 hasn’t been dropped, had drink spilled on it, or treated roughly. Its just a hardware issue with this model.
Highly reccommend you choose another brand or model unless you want to replace it again in 6-12 months time. If you do buy this mouse, i suggest you also buy a £3 crap mouse, so you don’t get caught short.

Excellent all-rounder with classic aesthetics and a modern optical sensor.
Apart from the RBG lighting, its understated looks are one of its strengths, in my opinion.
It’s not trying to look like the product of a onetime illicit drunken liaison involving 3CPO and optimus prime’s jockstrap, unlike a lot of products these days, that seem to target a certain demographic that tries too hard to come across as “cool” and “edgy”.
In terms of tracking, it simply does what it was designed to do. While I’m not a self-proclaimed gaming mouse authority, I’ve been holding mice (the computer variety) for long enough to know what I like when it comes to what a mouse feels like (again, the PC peripheral kind).
The mouse wheel has a nice texture and the notches have positive feedback without being noisy.
6 months later it is still going strong, and a recent firmware update brings the sensor resolution to 8000 DPI. That’s almost over 9000! Maybe next update?
The only con, which for me isn’t that much of a…

There is an issue with left click button double clicking on Logitech mice. This is the 2nd mouse it has hit me in 10 months. Logitech support is pathetic. I won’t be buying any more of their products.

Out the box, the mouse occasionally and unpredictably failed to register left clicks, this would involve a split second when the mouse just outright failed to register the left mouse button being clicked repeatedly. I use the mouse for playing CSGO, and during every 10 minute DM the mouse would fail 2-3 times. Standing face to face with a hostile and being unable to frag them or at least return fire because my ‘trigger’ is jammed is super unhelpful and completely unacceptable for FPS gaming. In addition, the left click was very sensitive and often activated by itself.
Also, this is a mouse with 2 additional buttons (3 if you count DPI switch), this is not a fancy mouse and I use it within FPS games only for pointing+clicking. If I wanted a mouse with huge button+macro capacity I would buy e.g. a G502 (which I already own+use for a different computer and which works fine). In order to change the default DPI for this simple mouse, I had to download and install a 300MB software (LGHUB)…

This is probably one of the best computer mice on the market at this price range, you will be hard pressed to find another mouse that performs as well as this.
I have had it for around a month or so and it is fantastic, excellent response times when moving and clicking i have it set to default 800dpi and that is spot on for me when i am playing games like Battlefield 1, CS:GO, Battlegrounds, etc. It has really upped my aiming ability, and i bought this to replace the logitech g303 which had a faulty side mouse button. I dont regret switching from the pixart 3366 sensor, to the one in this mouse which is a new ‘Mercury’ sensor and according to many it performs just as good if not better than the pixart 3366 and i would agree it feels a lot better.
The RGB lighting is a nice touch for this mouse, its very comfortable to use and i have quite large hands and it fits perfectly. I can game for many hours without and aches or pains in my hand using this mouse.
