Received without mouse. Arrived in Logitech original packaging that wasn’t properly sealed, and had a big sticker on it with my details. Obviously I am going to return, so how will they remove the sticker? Should have been inside another package. No mouse. Awful Amazon service on this occasion, they don’t even bother checking contents before selling stuff returned by other customers. Can’t be trusted. Ebuyer was good recently perhaps I will switch on a more regular basis for my needs.

I bought this for myself originally to replace my old keyboard after I first moved to the UK. It worked well, and is quieter than the US layout keyboard I have, but I just couldn’t get used to the left shift key being half size and having an extra slash key. I kept pressing slash when I wanted shift. I gave it to my husband who is English, and he likes it much better than his Microsoft Surface keyboard, and I replaced it with a US layout one, so we are both happy. We never really use the mouse.

Nice, quiet touch, and most importantly, it doesn’t need batteries or CD. Just plug it in and it works. Unusually it has three clearly labeled green LED’s to show Num Lock, Caps Lock and Scroll Lock states- very useful to know when these are on or off. Haven’t tried the mouse yet; it will be a spare as I prefer my Logitech M705 cordless.
Replaces an M$ wireless set that was frustratingly unreliable: it regularly just stopped working, and came with lots of little niggles that made it difficult to use e.g.poor contrast [dark blue on black] on some multi-function keys, keys that double up with functions I never use, but impossible to tell which function you will get.

I work mainly from home on a computer with a sit-stand desk – the system unit is a floor based mini-tower PC.
Purchased this as a replacement for a recently expired unit and the cable is just 30 cm too short with the unit directly beneath it and the cable running to the back of the desk and down to the unit.
I don’t want the system on the desk as there are a pair of large monitors already there . . . just a warning.
The mouse cable is 20cm longer than the keyboard cable by the way.
But the keyboard itself works nicely, has a feel which suits my tastes and is fairly quiet in operation.

I bought this for gaming to replace a battery mouse and keyboard – batteries are expensive and do not last that long (with games) so this save me money and they seem to be slightly more responsive. Sometimes old technology is best! Both items worked immediately plug n play style – the mouse scrolling wheel is audible, but OK. Very good value for money I would say.

Purchased these as replacements for standard work HP keyboard/mouse combos that were getting on a bit.
Personally I find Logitech kit very well made and these were of the same high quality as expected. The mouse, in particular is brilliant – low profile which helps with my repetitive strain, good length lead and solid buttons and wheel. Plus, as this is an optical mouse and not laser, it works on virtually any surface.
The keyboards are solid and a pleasure to type on. I am a touch-typist and am particularly fussy about layouts and button feel/resistance and this logitech is not too compact that your fingers are crowded together, but not too large like some of the old Compaq or Gateway keyboards of time past where you had to almost move your hand to reach the next key.
If you are looking for a no-frills keyboard and mouse set, that does the job well and doesn’t cost the earth, this is absolutely the set for you!

I always go form these cheap logitech keyboards and mice, they are usually better quality in reliability and that is what i’m looking for from the cheap end. While the mouse only operates in an extremely low DPI compared to what gamers demand in top end games, it’s more than enough for all those tasks.
As it is i desperately needed replacements, the previous keyboard and mouse were having phantom key presses and button presses, that in effect fooled the computer into thinking i double tapped the same key or mouse button. It is a regular occurance with these cheap end devices, so need replacing every 6-9 months generally, although some can go out to a year or so before it strikes, double that for keyboards.
Regardless of reliability though, it gets the job done reliably as i’d come to expect of logitech stuff, hence the rating.

Very simply and straight forward to install as it’s USB plug and play. Came well packaged and all packing was recyclable.
Cable length is also OK although the mouse cable was a little bit longer than needed. Good sturdy construction.
Really liked the fact the keyboard has rubber feet on the legs and base to prevent movement. Good haptic feedback from the keys and functional.
