Fit for purpose [ domestic use ] Quick delivery
Baggy –
Really pleased with this drill which I have had for a while now. Perfect size sits well in the hand. Light for dark corners. And makes short work of some hard walls. Haven’t needed the spare battery yet. Charger us a bit noisy but does the job and quickly.

I hate the fact the chuck is very wobbly. And the high speed gears failed after a few months of light use. I would never buy this again. Load of over priced garbage. This has put me off Makita tools now.

Not the cheapest around but, worth the price. With 2 5ah batteries and a charger and case, it good value.
And I have bought bare circular saw and jigsaw that these batteries are perfect for. Very happy with my purchase.

A lot of research and then some more, this drill came out on top. A birthday present for myself, from my wife.

Great drill, just canโt understand why, when Iโm spending this much money, they couldnโt have included a holding tray that actually fits the drill and the batteries. They were loose in the toolbox, rattling around knocking into each other. Not good for them or me…

Bought for my husband for
Christmas who swears by Mikita. He loves it and having done my research it was the best price. Delivery and packaging was excellent too.
Kitchen fitter –
Great drill while it was working.
Only used for 4mths light use as a kitchen fitter and then it started getting very hot and smelling of plastic melting.
I asked for replacement as i have always bought Makita over the past 30yrs due to their reliability normaly and they would only offer me a refund which was less than i paid for it! So not impressed and ordered a new one from different supplier.
