I bout these after a friend told me they take the liquid version (which are very expensive). Though there was no chance these would be any good, literally no expectations. Can not believe how my nails especially have drastically changed. You have to take 2 a day with a pint of water which is a pain, but thinking I should drink more water anyway

As you grow older, you notice that your hair and nails aren’t as strong, and that your joints are also giving you some pain when you spend too much time in the same position. Collagen is an essential supplement to add in your life, especially once you grow older. It helps with keeping your hair and nails strong, your joints healthy.
These supplements have the added benefit of having Hyaluronic Acid, and Vitamins C and E, which helps keep your skin healthy, fresh and rejuvenated, and adds an extra boost for your system as well.
These are made out of fish Collagen, so, unfortunately, they are not suitable for everyone, but they have been certainly improving the strength and feel of my hair and nails, and the results from the past two months have been visible.
I have already reordered another batch, and I positively recommend these. Absolutely love the care that NutraVita has with their products.

I have tried several nutrivita products previously, and chose this marine collagen based on those experiences. I don’t notice much of a day to day difference, and the taste of these capsules is quite off putting (I have also used nutrivita’s coq10 which also comes in capsules and does not have the same plastic “taste” as these do). As a result, I will finish the bottle but I won’t be reordering.
Edit – Just updating to add that I bought this at £7.99 as the price is constantly creeping up.

I am in my 60’s, and this product was recommended to.
I find the capsules fairy easy to take, I take two every morning with a glass of warm water and an orange ( vitamin C enhances the performance of the collagen).
After a few weeks I noticed my nails needed cut more often and they were much stronger.
After six weeks the “age spots” on the back of my hands had disappeared.
The pain in my arthritic hands has eased considerably.
My skin feels less saggy. Under eyes are brighter.
I haven’t notices any change in my hair yet, which is thin at the front but at 8 weeks, it is early days.
I definitely recommend this product, but be patient.

Best tablets i have tried, skin, hair and nails look great, can really see and feel the benefit of this product. As getting older noticed changes in my hair, skin etc, these tablets have virtually reversed this. Love that they are a UK product too, gives me confidence to buy and use safely
