This set is fantastic value for money.
The keyboard is fantastic, it does not feel like a cheap budget keyboard, and I generally like MS keyboards and this one is no exception, yes there are things about it some folks would prefer, this or that but that happens with pretty much everything you buy.
As an everyday keyboard, it is super, it is a good size but not too big, full number pad, a few useful action keys, the keys, in general, are fairly quiet with a softish touch and are generally easy to hit with precision, not too much spring or height either, and not too loud or clicky and there are LEDs for the NumLock, Caps Lock.
The mouse, feels budget, and is a bit noisy on the clicks, though not the worst I have heard, and to be fair it does the job very well, it is light and moves well across the mouse mat, the wheel again is a bit tacky but it works and turns easily enough so not really much to complain about for the cash.

Go no further in your search for a keyboard, this wired 600 Microsoft desktop keyboard is a dream!!
It is amazing how working with low-noise keys and light-up caps lock is so important.
Don’t be fooled that wireless is better as it relies on a 100% reliable connection when most of us suffer blips and batteries which fail when it’s most inconvenient!!
I am using it for routine office applications, but quite tricky documents, email etc
Compared to standard Logitech and Dell keyboards issued by work, both of which had rear riser stands that COLLAPSED at the most inopportune moments when the keyboard moved slightly which is inevitable and happened multiple times during the course of the day, if, like me you move around whilst working.
– Microsoft stays ahead again!!

Fast delivery. No instructions/installation required. Simply plug in to USB ports and use instantly.
Standard keyboard and mouse design. Microsoft logo is a nice touch and makes the set look more expensive than it is.
Keys are a soft and quiet press which is pleasant. Volume control key group is standard. Keyboard raise feels nice and tilt is sturdy. Solid weight. Green-lit status indicators.
Mouse is a hard and loud click, probably slightly louder than I’d prefer but ultimately it’s standard. Scroll wheel is standard. Red-lit optical is standard. Curvature of sides of mouse is pleasing to the touch of the thumb.
Overall, good value for money but doesn’t look or feel cheap in any way.

I purchased this in an emergency as my logitech wireless keyboard was starting to malfunction. Having made the switch from wired to wireless Keyboard/Mouse many years ago, I have experienced continued frustrations regarding signal and have found that many models do not work well or cannot be height adjusted. Therefore I decided to switch back and this is a brilliant solution.
The keyboard can be raised (see images), the mouse is tactile and a good size and the leads are more than long enough to reach all the way around my desk to the computer unit, which is not situated close to desk area. Furthermore, the keys make a nice, soft tapping noise and all of the functions I need are included, as well as a few extras.
Good price for a genuine combo set, purchased Saturday afternoon and arrived within 24 hours with Prime, despite current circumstances. Would definitely purchase again and recommend.

Having used this item for office use for the past couple of weeks I have found it to be precise, quiet and responsive. Like any new keyboard the weight needed to depress them sufficiently will take some time to adjust to but after a day’s use I am very happy with my purchase. The mouse is comfortable in the hand and the pointer moves smoothly and accurately. Best of all, wired connection means no changing batteries every other day!
Appearance wise it is neat and compact, without the rear feet out it sits flush to the desk surface with a comfortable ‘rise’ angle for typing. The sturdy rear feet extended increases the ‘rise’ and vastly improves your visibility of the keys and buttons.
The row of function or ‘F’ keys are quite small compared to the traditional keyboard layout, I personally find them slightly harder to press because of this and also the labels on the function/’F’ keys are very small – enough to make them difficult to read if you have any problems with vision. My Logitech wireless mouse had started to malfunction, it wouldn’t let me select items or drag items without jumping all over the screen and as I WFH I needed a solution quickly. Thought it would be a bit strange going back to wored mouse/keyboard after being wireless for a long time but it doesn’t make any difference really. Mouse and keyboard arrived quickly, easy to set up, no need for batteries and both work great – no more mouse problems, hurrah! Keboard has feet so you can angle it upwards and the keys are nice and soft. Great buy for a great price. Would recommend.
