My last Moto G developed a distorted battery. I just wanted something similar, and this certainly fits the bill.
I don’t use any apps except email and weather, it’s a good little phone and suits me

A great phone. Down side is it’s a 4 hr charge up and it give a false notice about the sd card at start up.
But a good battery life and easy to use.

I bought this to replace my work phone. I found the fingerprint reader to be a bit temperamental. The processing power is ok but struggles with more than a few apps open at once. High demand apps can be a bit slow. Battery is very good and I only charge it every 3-4 days.
Phone is lightweight, decent size screen and very durable. First time I’ve used android and it works well with google apps.
Photo quality is very good for such a cheap phone.

Got this for my mum (84) for her Easter present to replace a 5 year old Moto. Amazing how things move along in tech. I think I might get myself one as a spare in case I lose my posh phone. For a hundred quid it’s quite amazing.

Bought the Moto E6 Plus for my partner and have to say that for a £100 device, that i’m actually blown away..
Very light, nice screen size and best of all imo, is the replacable battery.
I love the Motorolla range of handsets as they come with Stock Android meaning that they’re not filled with Bloatware / shovelware that comes with other brands.
Sure, the screen is not a new fangled OLED display and is’nt 120Hz blah blah blah, but seriously, come on….its a 6 Inch screen and the quality is very good.. As for the Camera’s, they provide pretty good image quality, although not to the level of £500+ handsets obviously, but then again, youd really want a DSLR if your serious about photo’s.
To cut a long story short, its a great value device with a battery which can be replaced and also provides SD Card expansion up-to 512Mb. Very Happy.

For the price of this phone it is great. Does most of the things more expensive phones do. Seems to run everything fast enough. Mario kart doesn’t crash which it did on my s7. Very big screen. Absolutely brilliant hq photos. I have given 3 stars due to the actual headset being quite plastic and light feeling. It feels a little flimsy however it does come with a rubber case. I’d still say this is a brilliant budget phone regardless of the flimsy feel. My clumsy 11 year old hasn’t managed to break it

I was looking for a smart phone to be used for navigation purposes only while on my mountain and hill walks in the UK and Spain so wasn’t looking for a phone with all the bells and buzzers but I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and features of this unit for under £100. Good visibility on the screen and is clear enough to handle detailed Ordinance Survey mapping. I use a data only PAYG sim so cannot comment on phone call quality etc but I would expect it to be reasonable at least. Camera quality just not as good as my Samsung phone but adequate in reasonable light conditions. Responsive web browsing and download speeds too. All round very happy with this.
UPDATE After using the phone quite happily for a few weeks it suddenly and for no apparent reason defaulted to Google Speech Typing and would not revert to normal screen typing. I followed the instructions through to the settings and typing settings but the |Google Speech Typing is greyed out and impossible to turn off….
