    Pros:
    * Good price for a variable refresh rate IPS monitor.
    * Supports AMD FreeSync over HDMI (the monitor comes with 1 HDMI cable, and no DisplayPort cables).
    * External power supply keeps some heat away from the screen assembly.
    * Stand is stable and tilt adjustable, decent for this price. There are holes on the back of the screen for mounting it to a VESA stand.
    * OSD menu is easy to use with the joystick on the back

    Cons:
    * The unit I received has two dead subpixels, not covered under the MSI dead pixel warranty.
    * The matte surface finish of the screen makes the colours fade towards the edges, so it’s not ideal for graphical work.

This is my son’s favourite monitor for gaming now. If he had his way I would be replacing all his monitors with more of these. He loves the high specs and I loved the price lol. Great value for what he wanted it for. He’s over moon with the picture quality and thin bezel surround. It’s helped improve his game play with the faster reaction from the FPS being 144. Was easy to set up and the v shaped stand makes it easy to clean around the desk from the static dust his set up creates.

Nice thin bezels probably only half a centimetre between the outside and where the screen starts, goes really bright without washing things out, obviously the screen could be better but for the price I got it was really good value I payed just under £150

Great quality monitor at a reasonable price. Perfect for anyone wanting to game at 1080p

    Pros:
-144Hz IPS panel. Going from 75hz to144 is significant and noticeable upgrade
-IPS panel is bright with excellent colours. Doesn’t looked washed out and has great viewing angles, unlike my other cheaper TN monitor
-OSD joystick is excellent and very ergonomically placed. OSD features are adequate
-Thin bezels and premium feeling metal stand base. Overall construction feels sturdy. All black design
-No noticeable ghosting to my eye

    Cons:
-Minimum brightness isn’t very low, and may be uncomfortable in a dark room
-No height adjustment or usb hub, which I wouldn’t expect at this price, but are offered by some competitors
-Pixels are noticeable when reading text or looking at windows icons. If you like to sit close and want a crisper image, 1440p or 4k would be beneficial. Did not notice pixels in game

Overall an excellent 1080p monitor for around £200. My unit arrived quickly and undamaged, with no…

Got this on sale at 170e (usually 200e).

    1. Easy to assemble, stand provided but does eat up some table space.

    2. Colour appears to be more on the saturated side but easy configuration.

    3. 144 FPS screen, excellent for gaming. Easily got 200-300 FPS reading on valorant.

    Tots worth it

Got this monitor for my son. Really nice design to the monitor, really looks the part and looks even nicer in person. The stand is quite deep so check how much space you have behind your monitor, it was a tight fit.

When buying this monitor I was worried about 2 things, would I get one with dead pixel and would it work with g-sync. I didn’t have to worry, it was all okay. The monitor is just perfect out the box without any dead pixels. Also g-sync works fine with my sons GTX 1650 super when using a display port cable. Switched on freesync in the monitor controls and then after a restart I could select g-sync compatible in the nvida driver settings.

I tried some of the gaming profiles but they all made the image look poor when using for basic non gaming tasks so just stuck to the “user” profile. Didn’t require much adjustment at all, really good default settings for me.

Now that I have seen how smooth gaming can be when you are not stuck at 60Hz I am thinking of a buying another for…
