Having re-discovered the joys of cycling after a few years off, I decided to upgrade from ancient cleaning stuff for bikes and thought I would get a decent set to start me off.
There is a good selection of cleaning products here. It is useful to have the box to carry it all in and there are useful compartments within the main lid for smaller items, such as spare fasteners, valve caps, small tools and cable caps.
I was truly astounded by the effectiveness of these cleaning products, which make cleaning almost a pleasure and very easy. Everything is water-based so there are no nasty, smelly or greasy solvents and bikes come up like new. Compared to a previous brand I was using, the drivetrain degreaser is much more effective and when combined with a suitable brush to do the mechanical parts, they gleam. The pink general cleaner does everything else.
The real surprise was how amazing the bike spray is. After washing everything down and doing a basic dry with a microfibre, this spray goes…

Products are good and do what they say. Box is rubbish and broke on opening. Large brush is very dusty but still ok. Overall cheapest way to buy all of these products just donโt plan to use the box for anything useful

Purchased as a present for a cycling fan! Recipient seemed very happy with it! Looked nice and handy box to keep all the stuff together! He usually buys the muc off products to wash bike so presume they do the job!

The box is great value with all the products that come with it, and no leaks upon arrival as all containers were sealed prior to the recipient (me) opening, which is nice as a lot of muc off containers leak in the box. Overall this purchase is well worth the money

Obviously cheaper than buying all the products separately and in a convenient little box.I thought that they would have been packaged tidy inside the box, but as the products don’t fit standing up they’re all on their side and my drivetrain cleaner was leaking through the seal, all over the contents in the box. The brushes all seem nice and sturdy except the ‘soft washing’ brush. I do not know if I have had a used one sent to me, or if they store the brushes in a really dusty area, but mine was covered in dust and the bristles were coming off while I was trying to wash the dust and drivetrain cleaner off.
I personally wouldn’t buy it again, as I now have enough stuff to just buy singular products as I need them. I can’t say that you will or will not have the same issues as mine but if you’re looking to save a few ยฃ then I would recommend it. But if you’re willing to spend the money on buying them individually then you definitely should. Personally, I would have if I had known how it…
