I take it for a month. I see an improvement on my neck at this time.

Taking this to aid the healing of a pretty stubborn pressure sore.
It has 100% of the vits needed to help your skin and muscle regenerate.
I have been taking this for nearly 3 weeks and there is definitely an increase in granulation and blood flow to the sore. I’m combining this with vit A to get all the necessary vitamins that will hopefully speed up my healing.
My only gripe is that there is 400% of the rda of riboflavin in this. I just don’t understand why this needs to be so high and gives me the side effect of luminous yellow urine as the excess is secreted. 4 and 3/4 stars overall though!

I bought these last year because my hair was thinning and braking off. I haven’t finished the bottle yet (got about 1months worth left ) and already my hair feels thicker and I have new hair grown where it broke off. I tend to take the recommend 1 capsule at night. They are not too big to swallow and there is no taste at all. My skin was also pretty bad ,with menopausal spots, they are clearing it up. Will defiantly buy more as the price is a lot cheaper than some brands I’ve seen.
