Loving my new camera!
I had a good explore with all the options and I’m ready to begin photography.
This is a great beginner DSLR. Watch out when buying lenses though, some older lenses won’t work with newer cameras!

This item came not as described and missing parts. It also came dusty and with glue on the lens crazy! I paid ยฃ325 for this and no one cleaned this and checked it out?

This was my first dslr so wasn’t sure what to expect. I’m really pleased with it. It’s lightweight and easy to learn to use. The quality of photos is excellent. If this is entry level I’d hate to think how good advanced cameras must be. Excellent camera. In this day and age though, it should have wifi, hence only four stars.

I bought this camera back in 2016 as an entry into the dslr level, my photography is mainly macro but I also do a fair bit of landscape as well, it’s been used nearly every day since I bought it and i’ve taken hundreds of thousands of photos totalling over 1.5 terabytes on my hard drive and it’s still running fine, the pop up flash went after six months but as I had 2 external flashes at home it wasn’t an issue for me. the kit lens that comes with it actually produces some excellent shots and I have been really surprised at what it can do and how sharp it is so don’t just stick it in a box and forget about it, macro photography quite often means cropping an image if it’s a subject you can’t get close to and i’ve no complaints about the camera there, at higher ISO ie 800 and above it doesn’t do as well when you’re cropping images but at ISO 800 you can get reasonable shot’s providing you’re not cropping a small area, if you’re not using live view the battery lasts far better than…

Love this camera! I wanted to start taking better quality pics instead of using my phone all the time! Easy for a novice to use the auto function. Bought the Nikon D3300 for dummies book to help me with the more complex features.

Getting to the point where I will need something to do when I retire. Lol. This camera is not very easy to use. But it is easy to understand and I was quickly able to take passable pictures. The quality of pictures is very high. There’s no WiFi connection but it’s a simple task to put the memory card into a PC or printer. Despite been described as poor the body damage is minor and cosmetic

I bought this camera to work alongside my D700 because it is sometimes a bit heavy to carry. I am very impressed with what it can do, so far. The camera would be an ideal entry level DSLR and will not dissapoint more experienced photographers. I am also impressed with it came with and it fits my full frame lenses.
