Had high hopes for this after reading other reviews. Sadly itโs failed me. Doesnโt come with uk plug as advertised, the web cam is at bottom of the screen which is just ridiculous and thereโs a pixel out. Will be returning.

I bought a Meberry tablet and it has been great so i wanted a new laptop and thought I’d try it again with this company. I have to say it takes a bit of getting used to and it has an american keyboard so the @ symbol is not where it says it is. its on this symbol ” . I had to get a computer friend to sort it out as it desperately needed updating when i got it so I’m assuming it has been sat in storage a good year! It types well and does what it says on the tin but I do have problems with the mousepad though. Its so bloomin’ sensitive. I can easily highlight things you don’t want and flip a page when you breath on it! It it is hard to scroll with too so to be honest i just use the bluetooth mouse it came with!!

Lovely machine but what wasn’t expected was that the keyboard with white letters on a light silver background turned out in daylight to be effectively unreadable.
Shame really because everything else was perfect for requirements.

After 24 hours have decided to return this laptop as the 2 pin adaptor (US Style) was getting very hot after an hours use and eventually a flash came from it and its stopped charging now. I agree too with another reviewer the keys were totally unreadable in a bright room as they were white on silver. Its a shame because the machine was very fast and light but the hotness of the adaptor worried me, I much prefer a UK 3 pin plug to a laptop.

This computer was advertised as SSD however only performs has a standard hard drive , very slow a lot of Chinese writing and doesnโt come with UK plug but cheap continental which takes a long time to charge ,

The @ button doesnโt work mouse pad doesnโt work very slow and unresponsive YouTube wouldnโt load itโs being sent back itโs No stars from me

a lot thinner than my old laptop and definitely lighter, can’t make out why the keyboard doesn’t light up when you turn it on, but then I’m still getting used to it.

Lightweight , had trouble finding webcam Its on the bottom left of cover . Have not used it yet . I use shop and scan , and could not download onto this laptop . I had to call a customer agent for my shop and scan and he had to get into my laptop to download explorer on this thing . A Chinese laptop no identifying marks or logo on the lap top . On the other hand it is very fast . but I don’t think it has the storage it says it has at it says my files are full and to delete some . and I really don’t have much on it . Also came with a European plug , I have to use a UK adapter and the laptop gets very hot . only has 1 port if you wat to use a mouse . Update .. cover does not close all the way . Went to go on a zoom call says cannot find camera .. tried under devices shows no camera ,, piece of crap.
