While these are primarily omega 3 pills, they also have many other ingredients in them which help with anti-aging. At the time of writing, these pills were just under ยฃ50…. which is a lot of money. That’s ยฃ1.67 per pill. Over the last month that I’ve been taking these, I have noticed that my skin feels younger and nicer. This is definitely not due to the omega 3 alone, but due to a combination of all the other goodies in this pill.
It’s hard to comment on whether this is worth it for the money…. It’s definitely not cheap. But if looking young is a very important thing to you, then you’re probably prepared to spend this sort of money.
Overall, I found that they worked for me and thus would recommend these!

I’ve been taking cod liver oil and capsules for decades now, and notice the difference when I stop within days. I tend to take 2-3 a day at least for a really noticeable effect.
This tub only contains 30 capsules and is quite heavy, so you’re at least you’re getting some weight for your ยฃ50 .
These are the normal ‘larger’ sized gel capsules that go down easily. You won’t smell fish or anything, even a while afterwards, and I didn’t really taste anything orange in them.
After taking these for a week I can say that they seem to be exactly the same as much cheaper alternatives. That’s affects that I feel, they may be better for me, but taking two a day has no more benefit than taking ones a quarter of the price. I tried some other high-end tablets and they were the same. I think I’ll be sticking to the cheapest I can get and taking a lot of them!

My GP recommended 2-3 portions of oily fish a week in order to keep the good cholesterol up and help reduce myย high blood pressure. I’m not so keep on fish in my diet, so I opted for those pills as the next best alternative. Health benefits of fish oil are well known and established by now, I even remember as a child I had to take the actual fish oil by the spoon – a truly disgusting and awful experience that probably put me off fish for the rest of my life. Times have changed, and taking fish oil in liquid capsules have reduced the nausea to just an odd whiff of the stuff 10-15 minutes after taking them. Those ones, being orange flavoured don’t really give any aftertaste and high concentration can only be a good thing. I’m little surprised by the exceptionallyย high price, but that’s the individual’s choice so I decided not to mark down this truly beneficial product on that.
