Stylish and modern design, with very small footprint, less than my old laptop. I took a gamble on a brand I had not heard of, and I am so pleased I did. It was easy to set up and get working. I have been using it for domestic use for two weeks with no problem. The keyboard is a bit basic but functional and the large screen makes for easy reading of small print. Overall so far I am very pleased. Well done Portus.

Looks good, was fairly easy to get up and running for those with little IT experience. I know that the norm. nowadays is that you download films and music for your own use but would have been nice to have a dvd/cd player incorporated in the side of the screen, I knew this when I brought this desktop but just wanted to make this observation. The pop up camera is a great idea but unfortunately the quality of the picture from the camera on the screen is not very good, tried various settings but with little improvement.

Early Days. Seems good value for money. would be nice to be able to download an operational guide etc. Has setup guide on line but only to put it together. Contacted their office in Wallington GTR London and the guy was very pleasant and helpful. Would purchase another?

Spending lockdown III at my parents I needed a computer to be able to do work which I could move around the house as I don’t have my own workspace here. While many can use laptops I find that for any lengthy periods of work the limitations of keyboards/mice/screen size just irritates me too much. At my work we have all in one computers and so I thought I woud get one for lockdown (the models at work are more well known than this one).
This product in a way is hard to rate as it is not a full blown desktop computer but, for me, is so much better than a laptop. If I was to use this as my main computer I would probably upgrade the microphone/webcam and speakers (actually I have got seperate speakers as having speakers at the back is very irritating) but there is nothing really wrong with the computer. Certainly when (if?) lockdown ends and I leave this for my parents it will be a major upgrade on their aging desktop.
So giving it 5 stars is too high but maybe 4 is a bit stingy as it is…

Nice tidy all in one PC that has a major flaw for those who might wish to use it with Zoom or Microsoft Teams etc. First off easy to set up, reasonably fast and a solid build. Portus has obviously put a lot of thought into this PC. They even conceal the webcam in a nice pop up above the monitor. Lovely jumbly. Then they must have got to Friday afternoon and simply said ‘Can’t be bother anymore, just chucked in a really (no I mean really) low quality webcam that is almost unusable, that’ll do! See you Monday’. Think old grainy black and white photos and you are nearly there. Why on earth would you do 99% of the job and then drop the ball on a low cost item like a webcam. How sad. So the bottom line is if you don’t have need for a webcam this might work for you however if you do then be prepared to purchase a stand alone one.

Never even realised that these all in one screen computers existed, blown away with how slim the screen is with all the computer inside, its like magic!
Would seriously recommend anyone looking for an upgrade from an old bulky desktop computer.

Unconnected with the machine and not influencing the review, Parcelforce was pretty dreadful in getting this to me. They sent it to the wrong distribution centre, introducing a two-day delay in delivery. Also, the carton showed signs of rough treatment when it arrived. Luckily, the air packs and bubble wrap inside protected the contents.
The machine itself is basically a laptop motherboard on the back of a monitor. Having said that, it’s very neat looking, very quiet in operation, and is fast enough for my needs. I bought it to replace a 6-year-old all in one that wasn’t able to cope with today’s demands on a PC.
On unpacking, you’ll find that a small amount of self-assembly is required. Just 8 screws – and a small screwdriver is helpfully included in the packaging. There are no instructions but it’s obvious which size screws go where.
Setting up the computer is simply a matter of filling in your Widows preferences and letting it download whichever updates are required – there will…

never seen this seller before and so glad i found them,excellent product everything needed in the box,even a screw driver to attach the stand to the monitor put the included batteries in the keyboard and mouse and plugged in and off we went all plug and play so no need for instructions.this computer is VERY FAST loading and very silent,graghics are good as is the sound quality,very clear screen and a good size,,only thing i added was a optical cd drive .when i registered the computer with protus i got a free 3 year extended guarantee..so well worth 5 stars,only thing i wont use is the installed web cam so i cant comment on its quality…well worth looking at protus who have a very good website
