Me and my husband have been taking these for over 6 months now and are both happy to continue with them no more bloating even after meals etc and generally feeling better on them,I originally started with them as i take medication which side effects are constipation bloating wind etc i did take senna etc for this but with continued use i had side effects so i tried these which are really good and have got rid of all symptoms by 90% with no side effects did take the odd senna every few wks as needed that extra help,my husband doesn’t suffer with constipation but feels they have made him more regular,we are able to take them on holiday abroad which apparently help with any upset stomachs and we didnt experience any and i also had to take 3wks of antibiotics which can cause upset stomach which i didnt experience so maybe they do help with both of these as well,the list goes on what they apparently can help with, i did read helps eczema which i have a mild form of and only recently…

Feels like a good quality probiotic…no sudden shifts in digestive system which is a good thing…sometimes these products can have unexpectedly quick results but this one seems to be quite gentle…have noticed a gradual improvement in bloating and, um, movement so I think we’re on to a winner…will buy again

This is the worst supplement I have ever taken, I am in pain as I write this!
After I started to take this (a few days) I started to drop literal balls at the loo, like a rabbit or something. I’m still coping with the adverse effects a few weeks later.

I’ve had these for a week or so now and have been getting prompts to review them. The first problem is that – I hate reviewing vitamins / supplements as I’ve no proof that they are actually doing what they say they are doing. Could just be made of chalk for all I know.
Anyway, they came quickly and they are a white capsule that is now causing me some concern. Before I ordered them I checked the q&a and read all the product information and I would “swear” that the word Gelatin (in relation to the capsule shell) wasn’t mentioned (before I ordered, a couple of weeks ago). But it certainly is now – and it’s also on the box. Which means, as a vegetarian, I cannot take them (I’ve had 5). This is REALLY annoying and I can’t believe that I’ve missed it (I’ve spent the last 35 years reading labels in great detail and this is the first mistake that I’ve made in a long time).
So, not a happy bunny.

As a long term IBS sufferer I cannot rate these highly enough. Taken regularly they have relieved 90% of the symptoms and problems I have lived with for many, many years. Highly recommend !!!

I take these with Peppermint oil every day to help with recurring IBS. They work brilliantly and certainly help when I am travelling. I normally have a two day break every couple of weeks and then will also have a two week break every three months just to ensure my system is not impacted in a negative way. Very happy with the results.

I’ve been taking these probiotics for years. The package has changed slightly but the formula remains the same. Taking two before bed really helps my stomach settle – I’ve not been diagnosed with IBS as such but I have been known to suffer with symptoms after eating any sort of exotic or rich food. I feel the probiotics calm things down – and I notice a difference if I forgot to take them for a few nights. Basically I wouldn’t be without these now – and my toilet has never been happier.
