Great little guy! We love Geoffrey.Is suction is quite powerful for the little guy, he works diagonally and seems to do the edges last but overall does a decent jobThe mopping I’m still playing with. Although so far it’s nothing more than a quick surface wipe which is excellent if you’re a busy beeAll in all, I’m happy with it. We have a busy life with 4 kids and working full time so to leave Geoffrey to wonder around and do his thing moves mountainsI use Geoffrey every day and he does a good job ( laminate and tiled floor)I’ve used him to do a few carpets but definitely does a better job on hard floors!

Tested this and obsessed over this for the last week. I’ve found the one major drawback, and I’m very happy so long as you know this; It’ll work perfectly, not miss a thing on hard floors. On carpets it seems to mess with the navigation over time, resulting in looping, missing recharge station. But if you supervise it on carpets, it’ll be a great help.Here’s my use: It lives permanently on the ground floor, servicing 3 rooms with hard floors and open doors. It never misses a spot. Always returns home. When I was clearing the attic, or a bedroom, I’d grab it temporarily to work alongside me on carpets while I clear other things and sweep. I could fix it when it’s getting into trouble or loops on carpet, and overall those rooms are the cleanest I’ve ever seen them because it can be bothered to go under places and tight spots that I didn’t occur to clean.The daily routine now is, living on hardfloor. I set it to clean 4 times a day. It takes 22 minutes per session, on medium suction. As a result, when I wake up, get back from work, and after dinner; there’s no crumbs, dust, and is spotless.I don’t have to think about it anymore. crumbs on the kitchen counter? Sweep them onto the floor when you’re done. If you have regular sweeps like I use it. It’ll already be cleaned the next time I pop into the kitchen.It’s not loud enough to disturb me on medium suction. The only thing that I can hear from my office or bedroom is the occasional bump downstairs into slim objects like a table leg. If this was really a problem long term I’ll put a bit of foam around those. It does not bump hard into walls, it slows down for those, and handles corners very surprisingly. You see it speeds up in the open areas to cover ground faster where it doesn’t expect a wall. So if it encounters an object at those speeds you may hear it.I’m a bare feet walker in the house (in summer), and dust, crumbs and whatever on the floor really irritates me. So it’s really been a delight knowing that it’s spotless every time I wake up, get back from work etc, always clean now.

We have two of these vacuums, one for upstairs and one foe downstairs. They are fantastic! They get the job done well, getting into every nook and cranny. We have a Labrador who sheds a lot, so this has saved us a lot of time because now we don’t have to manually vacuum every day.We had an issue with one of the vacuums, and the seller walked us through a few fixes. When those didn’t work, they sent us a new vacuum! Fantastic customer service.

I bought this product last year and thought I’m now in position to leave a feedback after prolonged usage.The suction is great for such a small device. Hair collection from carpets is brilliant, might sometimes need to go over a couple of times if really bad; but not a regular thing.It does tend to automatically detect floor carpet and goes on a boost mode, while on wooden floor its bit relaxed but does the cleaning job as expected. There is a water mop with it which I have used a couple of times but not in regular use due to we having larger carpeted area. Though water mop is definitely useful.Recently it had an issue and I had to reach out to Proscenic support team, which was really quick and got a handle on the issue by looking at the video of the issue and sent spares pretty much next day. They were responsive on emails though think the support hours are not UK time; but not that they have missed any mail or delayed as such.Really pleased with the product and support.

This is really a great product which made our life easy. Especially now you don’t need to worry your kitchen, leaving all the dirt at night. Since this product is almost having maximum suction power in comparison of any other in the same segment, it does its job so nicely.Definitely it needs some refinement in the new version such as more precise cleaning and remembering the locations, finding the charging location faster. Handling the wires left in the house. Mopping is acceptable since it has covered the ground with a thin layer of water.

Doesn’t get into corners. Does definitely do a good job and does gather loads of dirt for you. Worth it. For a thorough job, you still need your vacuum cleaner but for every day tidy ups, great.Have a routine on Alexa for it to kick off in the mornings. Worth the money spent
