THE GOOD: Nutrition values for a lean bulk, includes 65g (per 100g) of protein and a variety of BCAA’s for muscle growth and Creatine for increased workout performance. Milk Chocolate and Vanilla taste excellent, the texture is very smooth, it mixes well in water without being gritty. I’ve bought a second tub as I have seen performance results with the first and I like the taste.
THE BAD: Expect to go through one 1.8kg tub every month. The serving directions will leave you eating a thick sauce, I use 2 scoops with 25oz of water, not 12oz.
THE UGLY: Lots of gimmicky marketing, unsubstantiated medals and performance figures on the packaging make me doubt some of what it claims. labdoor.com independent analysis also shows some misleading figures.

Highly recommended. Watch the directions though. You can halve the recommended powder and double the water. Great taste of you do that. At recommended dosage, is too strong & sweet. Perfect if you halve it.

Wasn’t what was listed. Advertised as new packaging which for me means a lot fresher. Instead sent old packaging which could be loads older. I wouldn’t have chosen this if the sales post had been honest. Very misleading. Shouldn’t lie to people buying your product. Wouldn’t recommend.
