Reflex use grass fed hormone free milk to produce the protein in this plus the creatine is the purest available in creapure, complex carbs oat & barley flour plus lots of other stuff to really give your workouts the power & energy you need..not taken this for a few years but within a day or two i definitely had more power & strength lifting weights. This is very sweet though.. maybe it’s the combination of sucralose, stevia & maltodextrin but really I’m mean even for me it’s too sweet, I’d omit the artificial sweetener personally you don’t need it. This supplement is to my mind comparing it with other all in one’s the best in terms of ingredients & results… REFLEX 👍

This product not only tastes great but it also includes all you need for a great gym work out. It’s feeds you protein and complex carbohydrates which are time released over a couple of hours and has all the amino and vitamins as well natural testosterone boaster, creatinine and L-glutamine to stop you loosing muscle. I am not the biggest guy and struggle to put on muscle but this product works and is a great all in one.

I have used this product nearly 10 years now and provides everything needed to support nutritional demands of intense training and supplements my daily protein intake nicely.
The powder mixes very well however I prefer to blend mine with frozen banana, strawberries or blueberries for more nutritional benefits and tastes even more amazing!!! Try it with milk or water or half/ half depends on how thick you like it

I use this and also instant mass heavyweight, been trying different brands for 10 years, and its high praise to say this is the best quality of them all, wont be switching to anything else now, the taste is good, I have had other products that taste a bit nicer but they are all filled with junk and sugar whereas reflex put nothing but top quality ingredients into their products

I have been using Reflex for a few years now and all was going well until, they have now decided to put a ridiculous sized scoop in it.
My only possible thought of why they would put this scoop in, is to get you to drop half the product on the floor while trying to get it in your cup.
I don’t know if it’s to get you to buy more in a shorter space of time, but I definitely think they should go back to the old size one.

Definitely recommending this, only decent tasting water soluble protein shake that uses Steviol for sweetener that i could find at the time of ordering. Been using this for almost a year and its good, i recommend using a shaker to dissolve it rather than stirring and simple hot water to clean your shaker. I’ve been a consumer of various protein shake mixes for over a quarter century and I’ll be buying this regular so long as its available. Flavor i bought was strawberry’s n cream, pretty good, not too sweet and mixes easily. Excellent buy, good value

I seriously regret not comparing more carefully. This has less than half the protein of the previous Reflex whey I used. I bought this to step up, not down. Unfortunately broke the seal or I’d have returned it. Don’t make my mistake!

The product is great and I saw very fast results. My only gripe for want of a better word is the scoop size, it would have been better to put in a smaller scoop and say use two scoops as it has a morrow neck on the tub and it is difficult to get the scoop out.
