My hubbie reviewed this vitamin as I’m a breastfeeding mother and the packaging advises against using it whilst breastfeeding. Here are his thoughts:
This vitamin is of the powder kind that dissolves in water. The box contains 28 sachets. I would have preferred a perforation to tear along and not having to use scissors every time….oh well… it’s important that you pour the contents of the sachet into an empty glass and then add water. If you do it the other way around you get sticky gooey bits that don’t dissolve no matter what. If done correctly the powder dissolves after a minute of stirring. The description advises 200ml water but can use more or less depending on your taste. It can be consumed hot or cold, I only tried it cold. The taste is very similar to the berry flavoured lemsip. First I wasn’t a fan of but after a week of drinking it I got used to it and I kinda look forward to my portion at the end of the day. It’s recommended to drink this vitamin in the evening before…

I’m a really poor sleeper, I’ve suffered chronic insomnia for years. I dont kid myself that taking a natural supplement is going to knock me out for eight hours every night but I’m always willing to give things a try.
When I got the chance to test these out I thought it would be worth a go.
So far I’ve taken them twice, in cold water, just before bed. The taste is pleasant and quite sweet, inspite of the fact they’re sugar free. I also plan to try them with hot water too.
So, did they work? Well I have to say that I did feel a bit less stressed than I usually do at bedtime and certainly on the second night I did fall asleep much quicker than I usually do. It’s too early to say if it’s going to be the same every night but I was pleasantly surprised.
They are quite expensive if you’re going to take them every night but as someone who regularly has nights without any sleep at all then if they do help I’d buy them.

I have tried a few of the sachets out of the pack, the first i used the whole sachet. The powder fully dissolved very fast and gives you a very ‘plastic pink’ drink, it is very bright and reminds me of the pink Hubba Bubba bubblegum i used to have as a teenager. My first few sips i really didn’t know if i liked it or not, it tasted kinda ok at first but left a strange after taste. It just tastes so synthetic.
Today 2/3rds of a sachet, it still didn’t taste too pleasant and that synthetic aftertaste was still present.
Third try, right now as i type. I have used half a sachet and it really is much better, it doesn’t have that synthetic type aftertaste but i can still taste something that doesn’t quite suit my palate.
This type of drink really is down to personal preference. I dislike sweet drinks and drink my coffee black with no sugar, i only like herbal teas and not builders type tea so again i have tea with no sugar. If i have a cordial its an unsweetened one and much weaker than…

This is a really good product that tastes nice. Some of these drinks end up with a powdery aftertaste, but this one doesn’t. After a couple of days using this product I found that my sleep was greatly improved, leading me to feel properly refreshed in the morning.
Will certainly be buying this again.
