The item looks pretty enough, with a lovely piano-black finish. The dent on the side is particularly well highlighted by the otherwise impeccable finish, as was the dent in the first unit delivered.

Delivery driver wouldnโt bring it inside the house, claiming heโs not allowed to but said was it really light. Which it was. Canโt believe how light yet stable it is. Easy to move around, as couldnโt decide where to put it in the dining room.
Looks good and is very practical. Deep inside and more spacious then it looks.

The freezer worked fine until Summer. The thermostat operates as normal, but some items are defrosting at 2 degrees C. The freezing isnโt uniform throughout the compartment. The inside is split with a deep section on the left and a raised section on the right over the pump. On the left side with a deep cavity the temperature is -30 C at the bottom. At the bottom right Iโve measured the temperature at 2 C. Thatโs 2 degrees above freezing and thatโs with the thermostat set to full. I think heat from the pump is leaking into the compartment.

Firstly arranging delivery date, very smooth, very efficient. Delivery excellent, delivered within time slot. Driver very helpful with locating items, checked them over, even took the packaging away.
Secondly, the product itself, yes a standard freezer, and works well as you would expect. It is extremely quiet. If no indicator light on or freezing inside you would not know it was on. Came with 1 year warranty but registered on line with the time period and automatically extended to 5 years. All online, done within minutes.
More than happy with this product.

I have had this for approximately 3 months. Delivery was absolutely brilliant. The freezer is very quiet, doesn’t take up much room. For a small freezer it holds a lot. There is a basket for ice cream and other small items., the basket easily holds 2 tubs of Mackies ice cream and one tub of sorbet with an ice tray on top. The rest of the freezer holds at least 5 normal sized plastic bags of shopping. Well worth the money.
Smashing Crockery –
Came with a couple of mild dents in it but at the time I was too insanely busy trying to get moved into a new flat to quibble or return it. It worked so I kept it. I was really pleasantly surprised when the already early delivery came 2 hours early and after an indignant phone call from the delivery driver asking where I was, I had to race over to my new flat, unwashed, then was rudely left with a freezer to carry up a flight of stairs on my own when he buggered off in a sulk(because he was 2 hours early remember – twerp!).
Otherwise it’s a great little freezer. Loads of room, keeps things nice and cold, when not even on the highest setting. Frosts up a bit near the top but I think they all do this. It comes with a little plastic scraper to help get rid of that if you don’t want to defrost it yet.
My only design criticism is it could really do with a light. Sometimes when I’m excavating the lower echelons I can’t really see what’s what.
It’s in my kitchen/living room and I can’t say…

Excellent. Needed a chest freezer, as previous one broke down. Could not get one in usual Superstore. Was not too keen on purchasing on line, as couldn’t see the inside, wasn’t too sure if it would be deep enough. Was amazed how spacious it was, have been able to put loads in it. Only regret was I could not put where I wanted to put it, as instructions say not to put on carpet, so ended up in garage, which was a waste of being a lovely black colour, same colour as other electrical appliances. But would recommend purchasing and an excellent price.
