I bought this impact wrench specifically for its โauto stopโ feature.
This is designed to stop the wrench when it reaches 120nm of torque.
This should be ideal for the wheel nuts on my track car, which Iโm constantly removing / swapping wheels on.
Unfortunately while this does speed up the process and prevent over tightening of the nuts, itโs not accurate enough to be relied upon and so I still have to check / tighten the nuts with a proper torque wrench.

I have 14 Ryobi tools which have all worked as expected up until I bought this Impact wrench.
You;d think it would be even more powerful being brushless but It is by far the worst/most useless tool I have ever purchased.
As another review says. it will not even undo wheel nuts.
I tested it by torquing them up with a torque wrench to just 60 lb-ft/81N-m, then tried to undo the nuts with the Ryobi impact wrench on each setting and it still wouldn’t even budge a single nut.
After investing many hundreds into Ryobi tools and batteries to now have to look into starting again with another brand for the more substantial type of tools is very dissapointing.

I bought this device for the purpose of removing car wheel nuts at service time. Excellent for that purpose.
BUT BONUS: I had to remove the crankshaft bolt in order to change the timing belt and was at my wits end as to how to do so, as there are no crankshaft locking facilities. As a last resort (and having checked the problem out YouTube), hey presto, the bolt came out using this wrench without ANY movement from the crankshaft whatsoever. Amazed is not the word! Beautiful tool. Cant give it enough praise.

A lightweight impact wrench. I used on car wheel nuts(using the “Auto” function) and removed coach bolts on an old bench (using no 1 setting) Both worked well. I have not used on removing rusted bolts yet so i have given it four stars for now.

Gave it a though job, removing lugs from a very old rusted wheel. Did not budge them at all. To be fair they were very tight. Iโm sure it will be fine for normal use though. Would have been nice if it came with some impact sockets though. Does come with an adapter for 1/4 inch drivers

I purchase for screwing in roofing sheet screws that battery drill struggle to drive home. This impact driver made mince meat out of the job. Had to use ear defenders extremely loud.

Fantastic driver. Extremely powerful coupled with the 5.0 AH battery. I was even able to remove wheel bolts from the car aside from the one that had recently had a tyre replacement. The strength of the compressed air drivers was obviously too strong. There’s a clear battery indicator on the front and I love that the torque has 3 separate setting which are adjusted by the push of a button, ideal for smaller jobs where you can conserve some battery power. Finally the 3 LED’s ensure even the darkest work spaces are well illuminated.

Does exactly what i expected of it and takes wheel bolts of my car perfectly. As long as they have been torqued up correctly previously. Its not super powerful and wont undo really tight bolts but i never expected it to.
The 120nm torque stop is very useful especially for car wheel nuts as thats what most of them should be torqued too.
Premium feel and very nice to hold as well!
