In short, best laptop I had in many years, and my last one was a 2 year old MacBook Pro.
Battery life seems endless, well over 8h. The laptop is light but sturdy and looks very professional.
Not too much “free stuff” from Samsung installed, only the good stuff that you need to take full advantage of all the possibilities.
Paired with my Note 20 Ultra it is a fantastic combo!

This is a lovely little laptop, extremely clear but the Samsung updates are a bit of a nightmare! After one of these the keyboard no longer worked, I tried all the online suggestions but nothing worked so it cost me ยฃ35 to take it to a spwecialist to get it sorted! Bearing in mind the price I am less than happy!

In short, I am pretty disappointed with my experience here. I’ve had two devices and both were imperfect, and I expected much better from Samsung. I never imagined that Samsung would sell me laptops with bent hinges, and even worse, a bent display on the first unit. Both units were bent in different ways, so there is no consistency, and this is extremely disappointing.
You can see in the first image that the box is quite damaged. Both units came this way – this is because there is no protective box for the actual product box. The second image shows the bent display on the first unit. The third image shows one of the bent hinges. The fourth image shows another bent hinge. The hinge rigidity varied a lot between both units. Due to the bent hinges, the display did not line up perfectly with the keyboard section on either unit. There just doesn’t appear to be good enough quality control.

The battery life on this laptop is like nothing I’ve ever seen – I can last nearly 2 full days of work without having to charge. The screen brigthness is fantastic and the outdoors mode is a great function for working in direct sunlight. As an engineer the high storage capacity on this laptop is very useful to me, and the laptop runs very quickly. Keyboard is nice to type with and the keys have a satisfying clicky feeling. The trackpad is great but glitchy sometimes and drags the tab out of the browser window when I didn’t click to drag! And occasionally there are glitches with the bluetooth and windows, probably related to Windows 10 and not the laptop itself, but not major problems. Overall a powerful and highly functional laptop that is great for on-the-go work due to its lightweight nature, long battery life and bright screen. 9/10

Best 13in laptop i have had yet and i have had a few – the battery life is all day no problem screen is amazing for only full hd super colourful and vibrant
plus the added bonus of the s pen which fits in the body of the laptop
like the blue colour makes a change from grey or silver !!

s pen is not working. I bought it and payed the price specifically for this. I could have bought something similar, cheaper without the air pen. Machine is bright, well build, long battery life, but you can get these from other manufacturers. Bought it especially for the air pen but is not working. Disappointed but not totally .

It is exactly as stated in other reviews. Fast, responsive and easily set up. After some time the fingerprint reader has become less responsive, though this may be down to my finger. The pin works perfectly, if a little slower. Screen is brilliant. Sadly DEX does not connect with my Tab S6, but not a problem. Maybe there is a fix. My Y-10Wwireless mouse works beautifully. A shame it is not bluetooth. Very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend.

I’ve had cheap, mid range and high end… from dell, lenovo to even alienate and for laptops… this is by far the best! Lightweight, super long battery life (that charges super quick) great features and creative software. The hinges like others have said are a little looser than preferred but when do you ever swing your laptop round like mad?
Honestly if your considering it I guarantee you won’t regret it.
