I upgraded from S9 plus and what a great upgrade, battery life is so much better, which is the reason i wanted to change it

I now use my phone for the majority of my digital life, in the same way that we used to use Filofaxes! I wouldn’t want to do without it. The camera is far superior than on my previous Samsung S9, all the functions are much quicker, and the battery lasts much longer between charges than my previous phone. Battery life was always a negative on Samsung phones, but no longer, thank goodness. I now use apps much more than I used to, and now no longer use my ipad. The Samsung S21+ is an excellent phone and I would thoroughly recommend it.

arrived promptly and love the colour. I charge my phone overnight but the battery life never seems to be an issue. Its very responsive however the fingerprint scanner needs a little work it sometimes tells me I need to press harder or that there’s no match but I’d say it works about 70% of the time.

The phone is awesome. The sound quality is good and able to text etc. The picture quality especially pics is excellent. I use fingerprint to access many of the apps and this is an added bonus and protection.
I have no problems with the phone but buy a screen protector because the screen is easily scratched and can be chipped.
Overall, it’s the best phone I have bought.

I bought it from the seller WIDEZONE INTL (UK) LTD but the phone was totally chinese. The language, region, apps all chinese. I couldn’t use it at all

Fantastic purchase.
As you would expect from a flagship device its super quick.
The screen is amazing even though its 1080p and not 4k you don’t really notice the difference in my opinion.
The 120 hertz refresh rate is pleasing to the eye and you can notice the difference.
I opted for the 256gb version though as sadly no micro SD card expansion.
The phone takes beautiful photos and videos are supported up to 8k resolution.
I don’t play games on the phone but use it for social media and YouTube.
I can get 2 days battery life from the phone but that will vary from person to person.
Comes with a pre installed screen protector as well as protective film on the aluminium side frame so remember to leave these on.
No back protection though so you will probably be better with a case.
The finger print scanner works very well as does the face recognition.
Overall its a fantastic phone that’s fast and reliable with a beautiful display and very good battery life.

I love this new Galaxy phone. It’s a little larger than the average smartphone – fits fine in my pocket but it’s not for everyone. The battery life is great, too; much better than my old S9.
Alas, you’ve got to pay a premium for all this. And the screen is quite easily scratched, so be careful. In the 24 hours between the phone being delivered and my new case being delivered, the screen already got some obvious scuffs whilst it was in my pocket.

Got the phone and it was amazing. Loved it. After 3 months the screen went black and could not get it started again. Even after all trouble shooting from Samsung. Because this seller gets phones from all over the world and unlocks them for UK use, I had to pay am awful lot to have my screen replaced because it turns out the phone was actually from Singapore and I’d have no warranty because of this. Absolutely silly way of doing things. Will definitely pay full price and go to a proper dealer next time.
