I spent a lot of time trying to find a decent laptop for less than ยฃ190. Many looked good at first but had some bad reviews. Eventually I came across this one, which had good reviews for both product and supplier. I am no computer expert but it seems I made a wise choice. It came as described, with a tiny amount of cosmetic damage, but works perfectly well, once I found the “On” button!! The Windows 7 package is perfect for me. I expected it to come with Word & Excel but it didn’t. That is my fault, not a complaint. The product description didn’t claim it would have those packages, I didn’t realise you have to pay Microsoft for those – as I say, I am no computer expert. It does have Google Chrome, which allows me to use a number of platforms my iPad would not, such as Google maps and doing skill assessments on Indeed etc. I had been cursing my internet wifi supplier for a while because it would frequently crash for up to several hours at a time. Since using this laptop I have had…

Love this laptop! Comes with Windows 7 which is easy is use, has 3 USB ports & a DVD drive. Nice size laptop & quite light. Runs very quickly & has a good size hard drive. Only lasts around 1-2 hours on battery power. Really quick delivery. Would recommend!

This notebook is very stylish (for me) and does everything you would buy a notebook for. I bought a wireless printer to go with it and the set-up for the notebook and adding things to it was quite simple. I would recommend this to anyone who wants no fuss and straight to the point.

This item was delivered to Spain, earlier than expected, in perfect condition. Not being able to examine this item in store before purchase, I took somewhat of a chance, but was delighted with the keyboard layout and ease of use. Would highly recommend it. Thank you Amazon.

I got this laptop almost 3 years ago and it has lasted well. It’s pretty much been to hell and back with the way I treat it. Even though it’s not built for CPU/RAM hogging programs, that doesn’t stop me running photoshop or flash cs6 with google chrome playing some music on youtube in the background all day every day. Plus it’s always just sitting on my mattress because I can’t be bothered to sit at a desk after a long day of school so it tends to get quite hot after a while.
But just to make one thing clear, this is definitely NOT a gaming laptop. It can manage simple games such as DLC Quest or Terraria or some older games made for windows 95/98/XP (obviously some games under this category won’t work on windows 7 though). At it’s limit, I can play Portal 2 multiplayer with my friend for an hour or so but it can be a little laggy at times.
I know I’m going to need a laptop that’ll run photoshop and flash cs6 that I can take into school during 6th form and due to my current one’s age…

Having spent some time looking at different laptops and the various reviews, I settled on the Samsung RV510. For me it was a fortunate choice. It arrived promptly and was easy to set up, even for one who struggles with technology. I would recommend it without hesitation.
