I use this screen still daily for working-from home and it is perfectly adequate for it. Great value for money, for what you get a reasonable screen. Keeping in mind that you are looking at the budget end of the market, there is neither anything to complain nor to get excited about. I cannot comment on gaming, but if you are a serious gamer – guess you would be looking elsewhere anyway.

Bought this monitor to be my main of two monitors that I use. Unfortunately, every 4 hours it will give me a 2 minute warning then shut down. I have to click the power button twice at the back to keep it on. it can be frustrating to deal with.

Htmi cable did not work causing a lot of problems, had to cannibalise other equipment, shoddy work from samsung.

I’m traveling, so I was looking for an inexpensive monitor, since I have three (about to be four) at home. Honestly, I was looking for the least expensive monitor I could find made by a well-respected manufacturer. This monitor, costing less than 100 pounds, exceeded my expectations. It is: (1) sturdy; (2) well designed; and (3) provided with an easy-to-install stand (i.e., no tools required). The monitor can be tilted backwards and forwards. It comes with an HDMI cable (a VGA is not supplied, but who uses VGA anymore, since it is inferior to HDMI). I am so pleased with the price, quality, and design of this monitor, I am considering buying another and replacing two of the ones I currently have at home.

Worked as described.

Not getting a VGA cable was a pain and a huge inconvenience, not to mention additional cost of buying one. This should be made clear in specification and an either/or possibility given at time of purchase.
